Always inquiring if we have seen any pests that need special attention. Rinaldo was our most recent technician who I hadn't met yet. Great addition to the team. I returned home after a 3 week work trip to find my apartment had a significant amount of rodent feces. I was freaking out! Nothing like this had never happened to me before. I am a neat/clean freak and this made me feel gross & violated. My mom uses Above & Beyond and we called them immediately. They prioritized coming out to my apartment and I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and thoroughness. Had an appointment for an estimate, took morning off from work, finally called when no one showed up reception responded with tech was out of area and could Not make it at my scheduled time. Should At least let people know 24 hours in advance you have schedule problems.

The A&B representative, Corey, was vert professional and informative with his examination and analysis of the subject property. Tenting the building is not feasible or practical at this time.

I've been using Above & Beyond for years - their service fees are reasonable and the Service Techs are knowledgeable and friendly. What more can you ask for?

John did an amazing job of treating a palmetto bug infestation last minute. I had tenants move into a property that the owner had neglected pest control. We were originally told it might be a week or more for service but John had a cancellation and was able to help us the next day! This was a condominium based service but I cannot thank John and Above and Beyond for the quick service and professionalism especially when my first contact to him was a text on a holiday and he text me back immediately. Fantastic service!
