This company should not be in business. They are very unprofessional and rude. They like to keep vehicles hostage and refuse to release them to their owners. They do this to accumulate the bill. The woman receptionist should find a new job because she's horrible at customer service. Call 3Jay’s Towing & Recovery LLC you will never have a bad experience with us. I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed with the services here. The staff colludes with local security guards to tow cars, even those with parking permits, and then demand exorbitant fees without providing receipts. Despite having a valid permit, my car has been towed multiple times. When I try to address this, I'm treated poorly and faced with unjust cash demands. Additionally, there's a concerning issue with the office staff who worryingly asks not to be sued, suggesting awareness of their wrongful practices. This place not only demonstrates discriminatory behavior but also handles vehicles carelessly. Moreover, I've had alarming encounters with a tow truck driver who resorted to threatening me with a taser when I merely tried to show my parking permit. This entire experience has been deeply troubling. THIS BUSINESS DESERVES TO BE SHUT DOWN!

Great place to do business with. These guys are all over the place running around all hours. Glad they're out here providing a service for the community. These guys work hard. Helping the community get back on the road or home all hours these guys are reliable multiple trucks running multiple drivers. This business should be shut down. Towed my car with a pass in the window, staff is disrespectful and extremely rude to EVERYONE retrieving their cars.

This business is a disgusting disgrace. They should be permanently forced to close down. Never dealt with such rude people on my life. Towed my car from my own parking space in my own apartment complex. Then receptionist hung up on me when I called to retrieve my own vehicle

The scumbags drive around lots and apartments at the first of the month trying to find anyone with an expired tag to make a quick buck off. Shady business I would avoid.

Very rude. My tag was stolen and car towed. FMPD told me tow company would hold fees due to car being towed through no fault of my own. The towrd company refuses and won’t even allow me to get a payment plan. They are also very rude and unprofessional. I will be contacting a lawyer and suing the pants off them.

Abusive! They charge you almost $200 dollars to remove your vehicle before 12 hours after having it towed. Not to mention that the car was placed in the guest parking lot in line. And there was no need to take it. Because it was registered.

Beware of this predatory towing Disgraceful company and i will be taking this company to small claims court, towing my car out of my own apartment building forcing me to pay $195 in cash only.

Seems like this company is out to make a quick buck taking people's cars out of complexes around the city. Should be ashamed of this establishment. Not only that, but their office is very unprofessional. Very aggressive signage and a post in Spanish that they will not help if you don't speak English. Another sign says all business will be done only outside, which is so strange.

11/10/22 Literally just watched them tow someone’s car. During the middle of a tropical storm / hurricane here. Disgusting. No compassion. Ironically, very little regard for their tow truck drivers’ safety too.
