Absolute A/C Air Duct Cleaning, Lake Worth Beach FL

Very professional company. We had them come out to look into issues with our air ducts and quote us for replacement and insulation. They provided pictures of problem areas, provided quote, and made great recommendations to get our home back up to par. They answered all of my questions and were very kind to my family.

We hired Absolute A/C Air Duct Cleaning to clean and seal our HVAC ductwork. They caused over $400 damage and produced a gritty sticky film over everything in our villa. After 3 months of twice being told the the refund check was in the mail they no long respond to voice mails (they do not answer their phone) or respond to the chat on their website a complaint has been filed with the BBB. Hire at your own risk.

I do not recommend this company at all, they did a very shabby job, the actual clean with an air brush tool was run through the vent just one and most times was never run all the way through the vents, they did not cover and furniture, clothes in closets or floors when cleaning the vents.the tech (kid) dropped a large vent cover from 14 ft ceiling into a perfect condition dinning room table set denting (several) and scratching the unprotected table. It’s basically ruined at a new value 5 years ago of $3,500.still chasing them now and will be small claims court next.
Also paid them to clean the dryer vent, after installing a new dryer alarm codes were showing up to 85% blockage, I had to call them back out again as they never cleaned to vent cover on the roof which is where most dust/ lint connects.
If you want to take a chance that they just had a bad day then go ahead but I have called and followed up and all went with continued promises to fix their problems.
And yes I was dumb enough to pay them in full ($950) when they left as I had a supervisor or owner Chris’s assure me he would take care of this.not the case
There are many other companies to choose from, don’t use these guys.
