Customer service is very bad.the working lady says i will call you back and does not call, just a waste of time.

Will no longer buy from them. The woman answering the phone is extremely rude and likes to hang up early. Back to online purchasing I go. It's a shame, the owner is a great person to deal with, should consider a new receptionist.

So when someone answers the phone they should say hello this is idk someone not answer and wait 10 second and say Hellllloooooo with an attitude I hung up horrible attitude you got lady!

I called and the lady who answered was very rude and disrespectful and she finally ending hanging the phone.

The owner behind the desk, he is great. The problem is the woman behind the counter. Rude, unprofessional, and just don't understand customer service. As a business owner I can tell you this woman needs training or replaced.

I'm a liveaboard boater who just needed one small piece of plexiglass. Walked in, got the piece cut, and was out the door in five minutes for just $20. Great service, great value. Highly recommend.
