3I love needlepoint, but this is a shop to avoid. Ive gone there off and on over the years The owner is extremely rude.if you must go, don't ask for help, don't order anything, you will not be treated kindly, If you bring in a canvas purchased from another shop, make sure you have the receipt or the canvas is taped with stores name on it. I brought in a finished project that I had purchased and had finished there, the owner angrily approached me and asked why I was walking around with it! She argued with me, until she realized it was MINE, then walked off. No apology. I purchase a lot of needlepoint and fibers. She has lost my business
