I went to Academic Alliance to get a small bump on my forearm looked at, & have a biopsy taken. It was done easily and quickly with no pain whatsoever. Now, I will wait to find out the biopsy result and then proceed and follow their recommendations for the next steps to go through for cure.

The staff are friendly & Tiffany is a very caring professional sweet young lady. I highly recommend her. She’s the best!

Making an appointment was easy. Staff very experienced and made one feel at home. Dr. Zook was courteous, knowledgeable, and listened! Follow up instructions clear; creating patient portal was a breeze. Definitely see Dr. Zook if you have any dermatology needs!

I have always been treated and diagnosed with the utmost professionalism. However my last two appointments were canceled by their office one because doctor is now in Tampa on certain days and the last cancellation doctor was stuck on I4 due to a crash. Things do happen and i get that but now my appointment is not until January. To sum it i'll keep using them as i like vicinity and

The Nurse & Dr were wonderful Dr. Gloria she was marvelous. The receptionist heavyset Dark hair at the desk needs to be retrained on how to speak to customers. But otherwise I had a great visit.

Pre operation visit was fast and efficient in and out short wait staff is helpful and courteous

Well organized professionals. Easy to make appointnents. Though a busy office, I never felt rushed. Dr.took his time and listened. Explanations were easy to understand. Totally impressed!
