26They were short staffed. It took a long time to find help, but the staff did third best. They had a good selection of fishing gear.
This place is a joke, Found what I needed online at the store closest to my house, called to make sure it was there, get there 20 minutes later and they said they have been out of my product I wanted for a few days, I said that's ok I still wanted to buy one and pick it up later or have it delivered, They told me I had to go home and do it online, If I wanted to order it online I would have stayed home and ordered it from Amazon. So I'm going to go to Dick's Sporting Goods to spend my $800. Don't waste your time with this place.
This store is horrible, I've been in this store 2wice now and nothings changed. No one greeted me at the door. The departments look horrible. I walked around the entire store and only one employee acknowledged my existance. All the employees looked unproffesional with shirts untucked trash everywhere. They need to revamp everything in this store.
Best store and best prices but wish and hope we get military discount even if it's one day of the week.
New Store, Excellent selection, too bad they are closing many of the store. I hope this is not one of them.
I was in the Colonial location the other day looking for ammo and a holster for my gun a Ruger LC9S. Mike in the gun department was very helpful in helping me find what I needed and answered all my questions. He is very knowledable and a great asset to your company! I will be back again soon!
