Lauderdale and spoke to Luis while I was on the plane through call and text and was quick to respond. He provided my Mother and I with a Toyota Corolla, very clean and smooth on the road. We received shuttle service pick-up from Ilian who helped us with our luggage and also shuttle service drop off. The team here are very professional, friendly and accommodating. This place is absolutely amazing. I found myself in Fort Lauderdale for news years and needed a car for the day on short notice. I was able to reserve the car online with no trouble. Although I didn't utilize it, they offered a shuttle service which is very convenient. In addition they allowed me to rent a convertible in spite of my age (for an additional fee). The car was was very nice and super clean. We were helped by Luis who was very friendly and made sure we were comfortable with the car before we left. The other cars we saw in the lot looked just as nice as the one we rented. All in all would definitely rent from them again.
