Access Endocrinology/ Rita Jain, MD, Rockledge FL

Dr. Rita Jain, her NA Brenda, new patient coordinator, Jennifer and her entire staff are so wonderful and caring. My Hypothyroidism has been out of control for awhile. My wonderful new primary physician, Dr. Jordan Loftis of Complete Care, Merritt Island referred me to Dr. Jain and sent what lab results he had accumulated to them. Jennifer recognized that my levels were off the charts and got me an appointment within a week when there's usually a 3 month or greater waiting list. I started with giving Brenda all my data and she put me on a different medicine for 6 weeks and new lab work to be completed at the end of this period. Dr. Jain called me personally on a Saturday and discussed my results because she didn't want me unduly concerned the entire weekend. What doctor does that? Well, she does. After hearing the side effects I've endured, she is providing me with a new medication trial for 6 weeks and then lab work to be completed with some additional labs ordered. We had a virtual session on Monday and I just find her to be so attentive. Thank you, Dr. Jain and your entire staff for being so caring and efficient.

I’ve never in my life left a review on any place. But I’m very upset with my experience with this doctor. I have hashimotos and have to get routine blood work and take medicine daily. Not only did they forget to send my medication in, but they never even sent my blood work order in, and don’t have it on file. This is a terrible practice. Very unorganized and do not recommend.

I was called 4 times in the span of ten minutes for payment. When I had to cancel because of her attitude, she she still was rude and hung up on me.

I was told that I needed a referral and have to be diagnosed before the Dr.would see me, I think this is ridiculous and I will not be calling for another appt.not that they would even let me make an appt! The person that answered the phone was very rude (Jennifer was her name).

I called to get an appt, Debbie indicated, Dr. Jain only excepts patients with referrals! Her website did not indicate this, it did indicate many insurances they accept, which Medicare was one. This leads me to believe patient care & wellbeing of a potential patient is NOT a priority.

Always has time for us. Pleasant, very attentive. If u truly want to help yourself Dr Jain will ho overboard to help you get better.

I Really want to Thank Dr Jain and the entire staff at this practice! From Donna when I check in to Chris who takes me back to the treatment room to Dr Jain. For taking the time to spend 20 minutes with me for the second appointment in a row, explaining new medications and a treatment plan and listening and for the Exceptional care! And to Chris for working diligently to get glucose testing supplies from my insurance company (which the insurance company has been very difficult with this) Chris calling me at 5pm, working with Publix to get the insurance company to get the testing supplies I need! These guys Receptionist, DR, PA and Chris have gone out of their way and have been Amazing. Absolutely one of the best DRS offices I’ve ever been to.

I too had to drive to the office because they weren’t answering their phone. I had received a call from them that my case would need to be referred because she could not treat me there. She said just go ahead and call the other endo and make an appointment. I said, “Wouldn’t I need a referral? ” “No, ” she said. Righhhhht I thought. I call the other place and of course they need a referral. Then I keep calling Dr. Jain’s office because they don’t answer the phone. I finally drive up there and walk in and hand them notes with dr names to make referrals and was lectured about how of course the other office won’t let me make an appointment without a referral! You think? ! Lazy people! Dr. Jain you need better staff! The office is not THAT busy.

I have never been so disappointed from a Dr.than with Dr. Rita Jain. WOW! I specifically did a blood work because I was having some issues. I have expressed before that I pay my copay of $45.00 just to see her. She seems to want to send in her Nurse Practitioner all the time. And she is in the office with no other patients. I am the only patient at that time in the whole office! The nurse practitioner comes in with NO records, just a piece of paper, and she starts asking me what I weight. Well, if she looked at what the nurse just did.and looked at my medical records, she would know that answer. She had nothing to say other than go do some exercise! I know something is wrong, and she definitely was NOT a professional. And Dr. Rita Jain should be taking care of her patients, especially if she has the office empty. I also called the day before to see if I needed to take time off work and pay the $45.00 co pay because of my blood work. They said, Yes! You definitely need to come see Dr. Jain, she needs to talk with you. So they made me take time off work, pay the $45.00 JUST TO TELL ME TO GO DO EXERCISE! VERY DISAPOINETED IN SUCH LOUSY SERVICE!

Dr Jain is truly a caring doctor, has called late night to check on patient. Brenda is a superior NP. I do agree it is very hard to reach a live person in the front office but have left messages and they have always been returned. Overall I think Dr Jain and her practice is A +
