This is the absolute worst HOA management company I have ever had the unfortunate experience to deal with. Their unqualified onsite management personnel and administrative employees are not only unknowledgeable about the HOA rules and regulations, they just make up they're own rules out of thin air. They are unresponsive, unprofessional and inept. I'm specifically referring to their management of the Isles of Collier Preserve community in Naples but I'm quite sure the same would apply to other communities which they manage. Stay far away from hiring this management company.

This is not a management company. It’s a dictatorship. We had a good management company prior and since this one took over the fees have gone up and the services have gone way down. Now I know why they have such poor reviews. Who’s brilliant idea was it to go with this company?

My goodness! I was shocked to see all of the negative reviews posted earlier. None of those poor folks' experiences resemble my own, and I've had many contacts and dealings with Access Management (for information-gathering purposes, not complaints) over the past many years (I have lived in two places managed by AM).
A favor from you, please: Read this review to the end - reviews must mean something to you because you are reading this - I ask for your courtesy to read it all before dismissing it.
By looking at the dates on the other reviews, it appears in some that their contacts came during the COVID-19 "lockdown" and perhaps all parties were stressed to begin with from the adjustments everyone has had to make.
It seems that some are confused about the role that AM plays in HOA management. "Enforcement" is up to the local HOA, not the management company. "Quick to get their money" (I'm paraphrasing; I don't remember the exact statement). That's hard to understand. Does it mean that AM sends a reminder quickly when an HOA payment is missed? If so, wouldn't that be a good thing to prevent one of your unpaid bills from going delinquent for a long while?
I know that many of us are suffering reductions or erasure of monthly income. I don't like dunning notices either. But if we can take a step back and see the larger picture for a moment, AM isn't the entity that can ameliorate the effects of its efficiency in sending notices for payment out of our dwindling resources in bad economic circumstances.
Let's ask ourselves where the dollars that fly out of our bank accounts finally come to rest. That is where the power of amelioration resides. We may be surprised to learn that it rests with us - our HOA itself, not the management company who is merely our agent. It certainly does not reside with the employees of AM. Yes, they do at least have a job, and yes, the pay from that job is partly funded (in minuscule proportion) by our HOA payments. But can't we spare the employees the stress of our misplaced complaints by at least changing the tone of our queries?
How do we do that? Seek information about how to contact the person who has ultimate responsibility for managing our particular problem. If it is the HOA, changes to policies, amelioration of payments during economic crises, enforcement, then the Board is the proper entity upon which to make inquiry. If the Board is unresponsive, then use the powers of petition, election, or legal action to effect our desired changes. If we cannot muster the needed number of our fellow members to do that, then that is a clear indication we are in the minority and face the choice of living under the preferences of the majority or finding a community that more closely fits our preferences. If it is the owner of the development (in relatively rare and special circumstances) ; press our complaints upon that person (or corporate board if that is far as we can get).
A few final (and short) notes:
(1) At least one of the reviews at the time of this writing made a claim of discrimination. This review is in no way intended as a defense or an apology for discriminatory behavior that negatively affects someone occupying minority status. Kudos to the reviewer who called it out.
(2) Thanks for reading this far; this world has no chance of becoming a nicer place if we don't make at least some small daily effort to change our own behavior.
(3) This message from a proud father of a daughter who used to work for an HOA management company (not AM).

Lacking communication, no proper enforcement of community rules. Update: this is a horrible company to work with! The community looks worse and worse. I don't see any enforcement of established and basic rules. Zero replies to emails now. Time to document everything for legal actions down the road!

Colleen Fletcher has failed to resolve resident issues 100% of the time I, or anyone I know, has contacted her. If you have any problems or concerns within your community expect a run around and finger pointing.

Tracey Hecht is the worst. Was at a meeting at our development that I live and pay HOA fees and because I asked a question and wanted them to admit the truth that I had pictures and documentation that they are lying about I was asked to leave the meeting. Tracey Hecht demanded I leave the community amenity bldg that I a resident pay for because they can’t handle the truth And didn’t have the answers we residents were asking for. She is the most unprofessional disrespectful woman to treat residents the way she did. I have facts, documentation and witnesses to back this up. I will be reporting her.

Tracy Hecht with Access management took time to answer my questions. They recently took over HOA management at our subdivision and trying to fix all the issues from the previous management.

This company is terrible at communication. It often takes 3 or more days for them to reply to an e-mail and they never respond to calls. When they do respond to e-mails it's often unprofessional and lacking the information requested. They also never set up community communications correctly. However, they're quick to remind you to pay your fees. All this company cares about is getting their money. Thankfully our HoA is moving to a different company. I would suggest anyone thinking of using them to stay far away.
