The wait was a little long there was a lot of people waiting. But once I was in to be seen it went smoothly and all my issues were taken care of
Would recommend but might see if need to make an appt in advance.

I’m a bit nerved by the lack of care they are willing to provide for the sick at times. I feel it something that sometimes only gets driven by a clock, not compassion. The sorry thing is, they close at 4pm, but they turn away those who can’t be seen by 4pm. There’s no mention of a “last” appointment time on their website, but they don’t answer the phone either when you’re trying to seek answers. At that point, you’re left to get in your vehicle to seek care only to be turned away. I do get it, it’s time to go home, but in the healthcare business, you should process those that are truly sick.

I don’t know why I haven’t been using AccessPoint before now. Everyone there is extremely professional and very, very friendly. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

All staff is friendly and personable. I have not had a bad experience at this office and Dr. Shaaban has excellent bedside manner. He is now my primary care physician.

Went in as an emergency visit with neck pain. I was treated very quickly and efficient. The staff was absolutely amazing and very friendly. I may become a regular patient as they are also a Primary Care Group!

I arrived 5 minutes early for appointment. I was called to the exam room 1 minute before my appointment time!
Very soon after my BP, temp, and pulse were taken the Dr arrived. Very professional.

Took a total of 5 mins from walking in the door to leaving for my TB test. Only cost $25. Very professional staff, this is the best clinic in Panama City

No wait time. From check in to check out staff was very professional and friendly. Front gal was very informative and took extra steps to help and give me information. My provider was kind and direct.

What a pleasant surprise! Everyone was friendly, efficient, and professional. The facility is organized and very clean.
They were quite busy, but there was no feeling of chaos or being hurried.
There was a problem in the lab that caused a delay, but all the affected patients were notified of this and kept informed.
I would return here with no hesitation if I need urgent care in the future.
