Received my Reckless Joker fairing today for my 2007 VTX 1800-F, It came in perfect condition and well packaged, literally took me 1 1/2 hrs to have on machine hooked up and working.
It sounds great, This was very well built and great quality all round. Very easy install.will add photos once bike is complete.
Accessories international were very helpful and easy to deal with, they kept me informed on the progress and build of my fairing order.

These guys are awesome, called in to get some support for a android screen, install on a G wagon, and even though it wasn’t purchased from them, they supported me and help me through the install, very Knowledgeable, thanks a lot guys

I tried another 10.33 android auto screen for my MB E400. It was disaster. Found AI and bought their system. Everything fit perfectly. Alex helped me with the software setup and it works perfectly. A more detailed instruction sheet with clearer and larger photos would be helpful. Tool kit that comes with it is great. Everything you need for removal of components and reinstall. They have done a great job with this kit.

I am very grateful to this company for even replying to begin with… then to accommodate me with something as stupid as an adhesive when I just simply asked. Communication is one of the easiest things a person or business can do, although 99% of people/business fail miserably at doing so. You definitely dont run into many good businesses anymore, but here y’all are! I work in the service department at a high end dealership, I KNOW quality when I come across it and this company is top notch QUALITY!

I had an audio issue on the Android Screen for my Benz and they were able to resolve it very quickly. They are very knowledgeable Good customer service, I highly recommend their services. The best.

I bought a big screen for my Mercedes 2015 ML350 and installed it easily. I got a little sound problem after installed it but they helped me to fix it and
It is working amazing and my car is looking way newer right now.

Ordered a couple parts for my motorcycle. Was informed that it would take 4 weeks before it arrives. On 4/20 received notification that label was created. On 4/22 it arrived to the UPS facility - couple hours out for delivery - UPS no show - tracking information then updated 4/22 delivery - no UPS no package. 4/23 - called UPS to file a claim with them and then reported it to the Accessories International. I was then told there was nothing that they can do till the claim was done being investigated. Several phone calls to Accessories International and UPS and get nothing but a run around. Spoke with Wally on 5/1 that promised a return phone call to let me know what can be done to get my parts I ordered expedited. NOT ONE RETURN PHONE CALL and SEEMS LIKE THIS COMPANY COULD CARE LESS THAT I DO NOT HAVE MY PARTS. I never received what I paid for. Not sure what happened with customer service and business etiquette these days and not sure how businesses stay opened.

I have been dealing with these guys ordering parts for about two years and every time they are great to work with. Fast shipping on parts in stock and great communication on keeping you updated when an item has to be special ordered. Thank you. Accessory international for being there and always having or getting the parts I need for my bike.

In the end i didn't get he product from them. The product delivery was delayed multiple times and I canceled my order. BUYERS BEWARE, while the products are listed on their page, they may not have them in stock. I payed for mine to just discover that it had been back ordered for over a month. They talk a good game but continued to delay the delivery of the product. I ended up ordering the product directly from swmotech and received the product in a week. The refund was timely and service was good and they were always responsive.

After ordering, I find out that my order is put together and shipped from Australia. I thought it was made in Miami? Put it on my ride (which is a pretty easy to do) I FIND OUT THERE ARE NO DIRECTIONS. I hooked it up to the battery and NOTHING. NOT HAPPY!
