These guys are absolutely the best plumbers around! I have had them do plumbing work for me at two different condos, for the past five years. Their estimates are very reasonable, and their work is top notch! They show up on time, and do a great job.

I have had emergencies, and they come out the next day, and sometimes even the same day! They have replaced toilets, fixed plumbing leaks, replaced faucets and shower heads, and today, they put in a new hot water heater. The tankless water heater we had broke on Tuesday evening. I called John on Wednesday morning, and by Thursday afternoon, we had a new hot water heater (not tankless) installed.

I can't say enough good things about Accurate Plumbers! Not only are they amazing plumbers, but they are super nice people, too!

These guys were great. Had some questionable plumbing in my house, John and Mike came and diagnosed the issues, explained to me what needed to be done in detail. Very knowledgeable and professional. Definitely recommend calling them!

I have hired Accurate for many different jobs over the last 15 years. They have always done an excellent job at a reasonable price. This week, I had 2 of my bathroom sinks upgraded above and below. The previous sinks were so corroded that they were very difficult to get out, but they were successful. Then while installing the new sinks, they ran into another problem. The under fasteners that came with the sink would not fit. After several calls, John was able to find smaller fasteners that would fit my sink. Despite all of the hurdles, they were able to finish by lunchtime. Also, this week, I had my ignition switch on my hot water heater go bad. So I asked John if he could help. After calling around and finding this part difficult to locate, John was able to find it online and installed it a couple of days later when it arrived. I would highly recommend Accurate as they go above and beyond to solve problems and please their customers.

John (the owner) and Mike (his son) fixed our shower today and it was by far the best experience I've ever had with a plumber. A great experience from the first phone call to them leaving after a job well done. They were easy to get through to, easy estimate, on time, both professional and friendly, and were clean while working and when finished. They explained everything and even gave advice on other plumbing questions we had. You can tell they know what they're doing and they do it well. I can't say enough good things about this experience. If you fear calling a plumber like I did don't be afraid to call Accurate Plumbers. You won't regret it!

10/26/2023, My second review for John and Mike Mathews at Accurate Plumbers. Called and spoke with John the owner in the morning. Explained the issue we were experiencing with our homes hot water tank. John asked me a few questions about the tank. And said he would be to my home within the hour. After visually inspecting the tank. John gave us several options, along with estimates. But we chose to just go ahead and have him replace the tank for new. And within a matter of maybe 90mins. Both John and his son Mike were here with a brand new unit. And in less then 2hrs.they had us up and running again. Now being a small business, these guys truly rely on customer reviews. So it's nice to know that with their service, honesty, and quality of work. That their high rating speaks volumes for Accurate Plumbers. Both John and his son Mike goal in their company business. Is to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied with the job. They pride themselves on the idea of doing the work, as if they are working on their own homes. And for me, I like that idea. After all. Their business, is their livelihood. So the next time you're in need of plumbing repairs. You can call the Big corporate companies. But. You can't get any better service and satisfaction then from John and Mike at Accurate Plumbers!

I have used this group for all plumbing needs for over 10 years. They are fair and do excellent work.

This is one of few plumbing company that doesn’t charge for service call to do an estimate charge. And their service is excellent. They have a master plumber who will come over to inspect and explain everything about the issue, and make few suggestions with options for the customer to decide. They have two plumbers that comes in to do all the work together and complete their jobs. They clean up after their own mess and make sure it is working properly before completing the job. And the master plumber even come out to double check the job to sign it off and collect the payment. Great process and service from this plumbing business. They are highly recommended and doesn’t break your budget compared to other plumbing companies.

Prices and labor are reasonable and affordable, that you can manage your budget around.
