Called to see what their check cashing fees are and Melissa said they were not allowed to advise fees over the phone. Why would I want to do business with a company that is not transparent about cost.

Unprofessional and A SCAM wouldn’t give me back the paper I filled out with my social and address information on it because I didn’t want to take there 100$ loan now I have to worry about them trying to use my information without my knowledge. DONT NOT GO THERE BLACK LADY WITH PURPLE LIPSTICK WAS TERRIBLE AND THE OLD GRAY BLONDE LADY WAS WORKING WITH HER THEY BOTH DIDNT WANT TO GIVE ME BACK MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER

Worst service ever. Blonde lady was rude and unprofessional, won't ever go back. I went to Lending Bear on St Augustine Rd they cashed my check for 5 bucks and super nice people.

Came in to get a loan, but the woman with the really gross looking “monroe” lip piercing was so unprofessional with her attitude, and her unflattering sloppy appearance made me change my mind about getting a loan here. Tip: don’t apply for a job if you’re going to be rude and careless to customers in need, choose a better career sis!:)

I normally don’t write reviews but what makes a world a better place despite the chaos that everyone is experiencing throughout the world in these tough times a friendly interacting conversation with a customer service representative or worker when you walk into any business means ALOT! Especially, when you are trying to seek for help due to an unexpected need for help and you fall short the last thing anyone wants as a customer is to walk into an unfriendly or rude environment right? Well that wasn’t my experience today when I walked into ACE CASH EXPRESS # 3270 @ 5631 University Blvd W Jacksonville, Fl 32216. I spoke to the customer representative Ms. Jacqueline or Jackie interacted with professionalism and addressed all my concerns and questions. Very respectful, knowledgeable and very proactive in getting me in and out of there without any long time lines or slowing waiting due to paperwork or not knowing about any of the service that she is providing that wasn’t the case I am appreciative and commend her to keep up the GOOD WORK

I have never done a payday loan before and the first place turned me down because I didn't have a bank account. Almost gave up but tried ACE and not only was I approved for exactly what I needed, the woman who helped me was absolutely wonderful. She had a delightful personality and was working both windows handling multiple customers at once with ease. I believe her name was Kiana. She definitely made my day better!

I’m here Monday 9th at 6: 50pm. I called the women to see if I was able to cash a payroll check she said if she could verify it so I took all my paper work In the women at the front desk was rushing and being very rude looked unprofessional and acted it as well I barely gotten two words in before she was rolling her eyes as if I was inconveniencing her.she went to back and came out rude saying the banks are closed that I didn’t speak wi to her I spoke with her boss that they couldn’t verify it but why be rude to me when on the phone the banks were already closed as well

I stopped in at the University Blvd location and with a few minutes I was able to be helped. The cashier was awesome! Quick, friendly and helpful.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Mrs Jackie she was awesome and mad a rough dayI seem a little bit better she's very professional I will definitely be back to this Ace when I needed cash checks for my business I think this is one of the first good reviews I've given all month long so congratulations Ace!

If you are doing a moneygram go here. I went to wallmart on Philips hwy and CVS on university and they didnt have time for a loyal customer and very rude about it. I went to ace an had no hassle what so ever. Will be back. Thanks guys. The only thing if you do moneygrams there be sure and bring cash. No cards for moneygram.

Usually ok but the past 3 months they've claimed their ac is out. You don't have to go to the gym this place is sauna. The girl behind the counter with a fan but customers have been sharing everyone's b/o it's way too hot. This is how people get contagious.germs love heat. No ventilation what so ever.very inconsiderate. If you can't afford to repair or replace your ac be considerate of others and find other means for circulation/ventilation. Disgusting. And to top it all the dark lady is rude! I can totally see why the glass on the counter has been punched.

The staff was professional and friendly. I always feel like a valued customer when I'm there
