From the moment I walked in to find out some info on getting some T-shirts printed with the name of our company and our phone number, after greeting the person at the shop and explaining what I wanted I found the person who greeted me to be a bit agressive. I still made my order and I was told that I would be sent an email with how the design would look. Because of my ignorance on the the subject of printing, I approved a design that looks like it was outlined in some one's kitchen and so small that it's actually ridiculous and not printed in a professional printing shop. On top of this I was never kept inform as to when the design would be completed or the order would be done. I had to call to get the info I needed Never again with Ace in Pembroke Pines FL.

I called to speak with someone about embroidering words on some sweat shirts I intend to give out as gifts. Never got the chance to request the necessary information as the man I tried to speak with was very abrasive and rude. How can one succeed in business with such an attitude?

I called for a simple inquiry.and the guy was so aggressive with his attitude right off the bat. He was saying "okay well what do you want, how many, you cant just expect me to know this" and i was in such shock. First of all, calm down, that is not how you treat customers. Maybe it was just a bad day or something, but regardless, pass the phone to someone else, or politely state that i need to be put on hold. As someone who knows nothing about embroidery, this is why I am calling you, to answer my questions and vise-versa. Don't be so rude about it. I've worked with different vendors for different productions and each one knows their customer service.but not this vendor. Has many great reviews so I assume he does good work, but sir, please calm down and relax. I saw someone else felt the same 2 months before this review and the owner even responded with "We can't fix stupid". If you want to work with someone who responds to a customer as such, be my guest, otherwise, please go somewhere else where you'll be treated correctly.

Went in at noon during my lunch break and picked up at 5pm. Beyond satisfied with the professionalism and efficiency same day service done here. I brought in a Ralph Lauren men’s polo jacket to get embroidered as a gift for my grandpa with the name of his ranch. It is absolutely lovely. Will deff come back again!

If I could give this business 10 stars I would. I’ve been coming to this sédanos for years, I was always curious of Ace embroidery and my only regret is not going to them sooner! The owner was extremely friendly, helpful and kind. I would recommend anyone to use their services! Super fast even through this holiday season and convenient.
