Nothing less than exceptional service and experience
There is something about ace that’s just seems easier to deal with than most home centers.
Yes, it’s always way more expensive to shop here but they have the staff on hand to help you get in and out of most any situation pretty darn fast.
The staff is always extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
They are scattered all over the place and sort of like Walgreens it’s just easier.
Oh, and the best part of almost any aces that they take Apple Pay.
From a person who hasn’t carried a wallet in years and never carries a physical debit card. It saves me a trip to the ATM to get cash like I have to do when I go to Home Depot or Lowe’s

I have gone to this location three times now and during each visit I have encountered snarky and flat out rude staff. Highly recommend going to Home Depot on Merritt island over this Ace location. If you need to go to Ace, try the Cocoa beach location.
Customer service here is nonexistent. Rarely anyone to help you, always seemed short staffed. They have more excuses then hardware at this place. If you know what you need it might work, if you need actual customer service, keep looking elsewhere.
Decent place…. Not sure how they stay in business with hours of operation though
