The new normal when you hire these entitled youngsters who don't want to work.
From pulling up to park by a mini waaay over the white line into the next spot to opening the door to Ace and observing 2 boys and a girl seated and pulling on their vap pipes by the register just stearing silently at me like I was disturbing serious business.
No other shoppers.
I needed a key made.gave him the old key and blank. He consulted a book while the other 2 seated continued to silently kill themselves vaping and despite having rung to make sure they could do it was told he couldn't.
Really not in the mood to fight and hear stupid excuses for their laziness I turned and left.

This location is the absolute worst. My son and I went to buy a Titan Tankless water heater. It was sold as new. When the plumber came to my house, he noticed the flow switch (the main component to make the water run hot) was missing and the metal mesh screen to filter the flow of water. I went to the manufacturer the following day and they advised that i was sold a USED unit from 2015. I called this Ace location to request a refund due to being sold a faulty water heater. They told me that they will not refund my money and that it was my problem to deal with the manufacturer. This is unacceptable. Sold us a used unit as new and then refusing to issue my refund.

I went in on 9/23/23 and asked if they had 1 1/2” wood screws and showed him one and he looked at it and said they dont carry screws like this. Its a wood screw. I can buy 100 at a big box store but dont need 100. I just stared at him in disbelief because either his dreadlocks were tied too tight or he was too lazy to go look. How this place has been in business this long is beyond me. I went to another Ace Hardware and I was out in 5 minutes with what I needed and a couple of other things.

This Ace hardware store is the neatest and most organized one in the area. Overall its got a little bit of everything but just enough to solve the small problems.

I would not go to the store again because it shows that they open at 9 o'clock AM on Sunday and here it is 920 and still. No manager shows up to open the store.

Horrible. If you ever need to buy a ladder and return it maybe the size isn’t what you needed for the job. Don’t go to this store. This location will not except any returns. Us1 location and Cutler bay will accept returns. Better buying stuff at Home Depot if you aren’t sure of what’s needed for the job and need to return.

I bought a piece for my bathroom that didn't turn out to be the right one. I came to change it and they didn't agree to do it. The aptitude of the woman at the cashier was totally indifferent. She didn't want to help me in any way. One comes to these places thinking of having better treatment and service, but I will definitely stay. With Home Depot I do not recommend this place. Besides being expensive, the service is terrible.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE MANAGER EXPERIENCE! I went to return some products still within the 30 days policy and in perfect condition once I determined these were not the products I needed, I was meet with manager Ramon who wanted the reason for each product and why he wanted me to return each product. He refused to accept a ladder which wasn't the right size because it was "dusty" and refused to clean it, he refused to accept a set of drill bit as one of them was used slightly and I saw it east the right drill bit for the job. He accused me of using his shop as a " tool rental " in a rude and accusatory demeanor. He only accepted my jumper battery which I didn't use at all which he was very hesitant but accepted the return stating that he would do me the "favor" as there is a different policy in terms of returning battery jump starters but nowhere in the store or in the receipt did such policy was stated. EXTREMELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AVOID AT ALL COST!
