He showed me where the switches were to reset the pump and furnace. Ace Heating & Air Conditioning Service Inc provided a stellar customer service! The entire crew replaced our unit a few years back. Suddenly in the heat of summer, the thermostat started glitching and the AC wouldn't turn on. The technician replied immediately and came out in the evening
to look at it. He did some diagnostics, got the thermostat working, and our house is cool again. I highly recommend!

Ace Heating & Air Conditioning Service Inc recently installed our house humidifier. We operate on a boiler/space pac system so this required installing new duct work and cutting holes in the floor for the output/input of the humidified air. They really did a thorough job and make sure it would operate efficiently. Ace Heating & Air Conditioning came out due to my A/C not working properly. They did a thorough inspection of the unit. Sprayed off the outer unit, checked the freon level etc.and all was good. Very professional and friendly. They are the only heating and cooling company that I will use. Amazing company to work with! I highly recommend them for any heating and cooling situation.
