Ace Pet Resort, Sarasota FL

Ace Pet Resort is the only place we use for boarding our two dogs. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We love the report card and the thoughtful comments, too. I highly recommend Ace.

Ace Pet Resort took great care of my parrot and they are extremely caring and communicative. I received texts during Margo's stay and they were responsive to an email I sent checking on her. When I picked her up, I received her "report card" for the week telling me about how she ate, interacted, etc while she was there. I travel a lot and have to find care for Margo. It's rare to find a care giver as attentive as Ace Pet Resort.

Amazing place to bring your pup! We have a Corso and they took such amazing care of her and they even sent pics throughout her stay showing how much fun she was having! 10000% recommend trusting ace with your fur baby!

Our dachshunds absolutely love going to Ace. Their staff is so professional and the facilities are top notch. We know they truly care for our pups.

Absolutely AMAZING first visit! Got in last minute for New Year’s weekend, and they loved on our dogs as if they’d known them forever. WOW! Even sent a text halfway through their first day to update with pics. I didn’t expect that, and it totally made our day to see the pups playing & happy!

Ripken loves it here and so do we! They take the best care of their "guests" and we never have to worry when we leave him.

100/10 recommend ACE Pet Resort.the most charming and welcoming staff when you walk in, and brittany, who took care of my pup oakley was more than kind, transparent and reassuring of every detail needed to be known! She also had every answer to my questions with a bright smile while doing so! She had him trimmed up in no time, even despite my boy being overdue for a haircut (see photos, he looked like a kitchen mop before) and he came out looking immaculate! They’re busy here for a reason but not a soul was too shy to have a nice chat while keeping to schedule! My grandma jeanne sent me y’all’s way and i couldn’t be more glad i called! Thank you again to all the staff and especially brittany too, for providing an excellent service to oakley and making both our days the second we stepped in!

We love Ace Pet Resort! We have a high maintenance shepherd, but they are so accommodating, understanding and she seems to be well loved and cared for when we’re gone. There are tons of dog boarding places closer to us, but making the drive to ACE is always worth it for us and Zoe!

The people at Ace are wonderful. They even have a nickname for my large dog- Big Fluff. I fully trust they will always take care of her and my girl runs right in now for boarding. I also love they give a “report card” upon pick up! As a slightly overprotective fur mom, I’m so glad I found this place!

Ace kennel is one of the most amazing places I’ve ever taken my dog Magnus. Magnus is a Newfoundland, and he was loved love loved by the staff. I will go back there in a heartbeat.

Lovely people who seem genuinely attentive and kind. My kitten spent a week at the Resort and came home with a purr and a smile on his face!

I was so nervous about boarding my dogs after a terrifying experience last year, where they both came home violently sick and had seizures from another top rated kennel.
Ace made me feel at ease right away with the “ come on down and take a tour”. I did take the tour and signed my dog up right away. The staff are so open and friendly and seem capable, and attentive. They seem to all really work as a team.
I am so glad that I gave them a chance.

I boarded my 2 cats for a week recently. I have never seen such good accomodations for pets. I love this place. The staff is extra wonderful. You can tell they really care about the animals and they take time to spend with each one. I completely trust ACE and will always use them again when needed. Excellent!

Riley has been going there since he was six months old. He just turned six. He loves small dog stay and play and always comes home. Happy and healthy. We love Ace.
