Overcharged and unwilling to make it right.
I booked a car from them on their website with an agreed upon price. When I went to pick up the car, I was asked if I needed a second driver, to which I said no, because I was the only one of driving age on the trip. I was then told that that a deposit hold would be placed on my credit card, which apparently is normal. For this reason, I didn't examine all the charges on the agreement since I assumed the price was higher due to the deposit. After checking my credit card over the next few weeks, I noticed that I was still charged too much. After digging into it, I finally realized I was charged for an additional driver @$12.00 a day ($77.94 total). I contacted customer support and was told "there will be no reimbursement due to the additional options being signed and agreed on". They sound pretty happy about getting this extra charge by me and ripping me off vs.doing the right thing. They have no additional driver on file, no additional driver license on file, because there was no additional driver. I do not feel like this was a mistake but that I was intentionally over charged with the hope that I wouldn't notice.
UPDATE After Response from the owner
As I stated in my review, I have already contacted Customer Care. I know your default answer in all these bad reviews is just to contact Customer Care, but if you actually read or cared about my issue, you'd know that I went down that path first to resolve my issue. So now I'm warning the public to not use your product as it's apparent goal is to over charge whenever possible and hope the customer doesn't notice. Great business model.

Avoid ACE at this location at all cost.
Recently I rented a full size car from ACE for my wife for 10 day via priceline, only $200, it was a good deal.
When my wife tried to pick up the car, one lady at the counter tried every mean/lie to sell insurance to her, even though we have our own auto insurance and credit card coverage.e. G. 1. California auto insurance doesn't work in FL, 2. Your auto insurance can only cover older car (even though it is full coverage), 3. Your auto insurance is not transferrable.
I called my insurance company again and confirmed my auto insurance is transferrable and cover rental car, she finally gave up.
But she is not happy, so she refuse to give my wife a full size car such as Camry even though they have it on lot, gave my wife a highlander instead even though my wife clearly told her that she is not confident enough to drive bigger car and it is not safe. But she doesn't care, because she can charge upgrade fee by giving a bigger car to her.
At the end, she charged $389 extra for it, put my wife at risk - my wife never want to driver bigger car at home.
At least for that lady, all she cares are money, customer's safety is not a concern to her at all.
If ACE can't afford to rent a car at that price, then they should not allow other website to book it at that price, that's simple. If they allow it, then they have to honor it.

Pros: Fast service, the car I rented was great with a lot of excellent specs and very clean so it looks like new.

Cons: I was charged for a service I didn’t request (PAC). Also they told me that the toll service will cost me around $54 but when I checked the receipt I was charged $71.94 for toll service

NEVER! NEVER! NEVER! GO HERE.
When people say if they can give zero stars they would, definitely do not go to the place. If I can give zero stars I would by the way I was husled at this place. This company has a $500 deposit requirements for local residents, versus $200 for tourists. I called twice to make sure how much the deposit was, two representatives told me $300, nobody mentions discrimatory surcharge on locals. With the unaccomodating customer service and no manager on site, I don't understand how people like this stay in business. I had a managers special reservation and the guy at tje counter Alberto wanted to put me in a mini van or a truck. Luckily I was able to cancel it with a full refund. NEVER GO BACK HERE.

Rented a Nissan Murano and the car smelled like Marijuana. When driving on the freeway, it was easily noticeable that the brakes needed to be changed. I will definitely not rent from here again.

I have been on a current 30 minute HOLD with ACE rent a car at the Fort Lauderdale location. They have not picked up at all, they pick up and put me on hold over and over again. All I want to do is add the sunpass to my car but no one is answering my call. I have tried to register the tag/vehicle to my transponder and it says that the car is Registered to another account.
