ACE took such good care of us and our Hyundai. The team went the extra mile to work around my schedule and were clear about what work needed done now, and what I could hold off on. The work they did was excellent. Thank you, guys!

I highly recommend. They have shown to be honest and trustworthy. They have spent a lot of time with my vehicle, troubleshooting an intermittent shake while driving. The cost of troubleshooting and repairs seems on par or a bit lower than with other repair shops. I don't know the quality of their repairs yet, but if it is anything like their customer service, I have high expectations.

Super happy with our experience at ACE. We will be bringing both vehicles here for our service needs moving forward. Really great group of guys, awesome service, quick turn around time and I really feel like they cared about providing the best options for our situation. They really looked out for us!

It was alright, a bit pricey and okay customer service. The wait time was long but they did fix the problem. Also, they said they would give me a quote for the other issues and I asked twice, never heard anything back. Oh well.

I took my car there to be repaired. Everyone there was really nice and professional. They kept me updated on the repairs for my car and when my car would be ready. Priced fairly. I would definitely take my car back there for future repairs.

They did a great job fixing my car and did it in a timely manner. David at the front desk was very friendly and professional. He was prompt to get back to my calls and he greeted me with a great smile when I picked up my car.

Amazing experience from start to finish. My warranty was not going to cover it and Ace helped me go back for round two with them and it turned out to be covered on the second try! They were very understanding and caring through the whole experience.

My Nissan frontier had the rear differential and axle go out on my morning commute, ace handled the entire warranty claim and repaired my truck in no time. Best customer service I've ever dealt with and will recommend them to everyone I know. They made the process as stress free as possible and treated me so well. There vehicle inspection could not have been more thorough and they had my truck done long before any other mechanic would have even scheduled me. I am over the moon and super happy about having such a great mechanic shop on my side.

I want to recognize David and the team here. They were very attentive to me with great customer service. My car battery light was flashing and then remained on, I called to see if they could get me in, and on the way to their shop my car broke down. I had to get the car towed there (with their help and more favorable pricing than my insurance company proposed) and they were able to diagnose and quickly get a solution to my alternator. Not only did they fix my alternator and made sure my battery was good and ready to keep driving, but did a full inspection of my car and found no issues. I appreciated they sent me the estimate and invoice directly to my phone so I could see the prices and I could approve from there and even pay directly from my phone, which made pickup a breeze when I arrived to get my corolla. Thank you Ace Total car care.

My experience with Ace Total Care was excellent, they saw me on the day and time they gave me the appointment, they also detected that my brakes were already bad and they asked me if I agreed to have them changed and of course they accepted because it is It is very important to have the brakes in good condition.
The treatment is friendly and they make the customer feel that they can help them with any problem they have with their car.

They do more than others except tires:) Drove around for months without AC because other said they have to purchase $800 dealer part probably to charge $850 - $1000. What I needed didn't call for a whole new part, just a repair, and Ace understood/saw that.

Wonderful auto repair shop in Tampa! We took our Jeep here to get a head gasket replaced. The Dealership quoted us $6000! Ace total car care in Tampa did it for under $2,000. We worked with David, he was incredibly professional and communicative throughout the whole process. If you have any sort of car issues this is the first place I’d bring it to if you live in the Tampa area. This is the only place our car will be serviced going forward. Thank you to David and the incredible service workers they have at their shop.
