13I have been using ACR for 10 years and have never been anything but completely satisfied. They performed maintenance on our old units and when it was time installed new HVAC systems. Since then I have had the annual service maintenance where they have kept the systems pristine. I have also used them when a part went bad and they took care of all of the warranty submission with the manufacturer, which made life much easier. All of the techs have been great but recognition to Jack who has always been phenomenal. Also, working with Mike Torres, the owner, has always been a pleasure.
ACR has taken care of my AC needs for years. They installed my new AC unit about 3-4 years ago and have maintained it since then. They have been responsive when there have been issues (warranty work), and have been fantastic with maintaining the unit to keep it running efficiently. I would definitely recommend ACR to my family and friends!
Always helpful and work promptly to get my HVAC up and running when it breaks down. Previous company told me I needed a new unit but ACR was able to fix it for me which is why I have continued to use them for the past 7 years
