Acropol Inn Restaurant reviews
18 I went with some friends for breakfast after practice and wasn't sure what to expect. It's a Greek restaurant that offers Greek inspired breakfast items and your traditional American breakfast.
I ordered the acropol omelette with gyro meat, feta & tomato.basically a gyro with eggs instead of pita.
It was good, but I probably would try something different next time.
The service was great and there is plenty of parking.
Amazing food might just be my new favorite restaurant nice worker so kind and sweet and peaceful
We wanted Greek food and they serve it. Service was good. I coincidentally ate at two other Greek owned restaurants very recently. This place is a little more expensive but still reasonable.
This is an authentic greek restaurant, where if you are in luck you will be greeted by the greek owner who personally comes to the tables to check if everything is to your liking. Great food and experience!
A dying breed for Resturaunts today. Food is always great service like this l thought was something in the past. If you remember how it use to be than stop in or order out for a honest to good food and service. You'll be glad you did.
I come to this place to have good food. It reminds me of home cooking as it seems they make a lot of the food from scratch. Everything I have tried has been good and the portion is just about enough where I don’t leave hungry.
The Wednesday fried chicken special is very good. The corned beef and cabbage meal was good.
The inside is out dated but it is clean. I go for the good food! The people who work there are very nice. You don’t find that anymore in any restaurant.
I love to try the other specials if I can make it on those days.
Come give it a try as you won’t be disappointed in the food.
Omg been going there since they opened back in the early 80's and will go there when ever I can they are always friendly and food is outstanding the gero however ya spell it is huge and delicious dont order frys unless ya want to take 1/2 home with you but thats not a bad option either
JUST GO THERE AND SEE YOU WILL MOST DEFINATLY BE BACK SMILING AND TELLING EVERYONE YA KNOW JUST LIKE ME! HAHA NO JOKE!
Incredible place. Great food. Jimmy was fantastic!
Great customer service!
Great Southern country grits!
I will be back!
ALWAYS a fantastic treat, so appealing to the eye, pleasure to the pallet, and filling to the stomach. On the list, every time in the area.
Great restaurant, my family has been going to this restaurant for years and looking forward for years to come!
There are 2 family owned and run locations and both are wonderful. I ordered the lemon pepper haddock over rice. It was a large piece of fish and quite tasty, though a little dry. The soups are always good; this night I ate the lemon rice soup that is available every day. I love it!
My server was friendly and on top of things, paying attention to my lemonade glass, so that it never ran empty.
The owner visits every table to greet you and thank you for your visit. It's a nice personal touch when an owner takes the time to welcome you to the restaurant.
I've gone here for years. The place has a diner feel and diner speed of service. The food is outstanding with Greek staples on the menu. Very reasonably priced and speedy. Easy to get in and out at lunch time. I definitely recommend this place.
This place is the most consistently great diner I’ve ever known. Go for the food stay for the people. Gyro, souvlaki, Greek salad…it’s all fabulous. The breakfast is outstanding. But these folks KNOW us. When the four siblings went (twice in two days), they were visibly upset that Mom had passed.
I have been coming here for over 24 years.
We came when my children were very small. One is now out of graduate school and the other a college grad.
So I don't say this lightly, I'm not going back.
And it hurts me because I always liked going there.
I went in last week, opened the menu and was shocked to see that my favorite dinner, the Gyro Platter, had gone up $6.00 to a flat $20.00!
I'm sorry, that's ridiculous!
And while I understand costs have risen, this doesn't seem like that.
This is gouging, and with their older clientele, it's going to be a rough time.
So, good-bye old friend. I'll miss ya.
A nice little restaurant with great food, one of best gyros in the area. Friendly staff with a nice variety of food and daly specials.
Biggest, badest Gyro in town! Make sure you come with your appetite because this sandwich is huge.it's delicious
Love this little place and have been coming for over 21yrs we all know prices have increased but you can't raise prices at a place like this by $4-$5 each item, they didn't go up that much. I love to support small businesses but my family and I won't be coming here much anymore. Wish you guys the best but just not worth all that.
Great food at a but like every other place prices have gone up. 2 lunches, 1 appetizer and 2 sodas were $60 including the tip.
