Acropolis Greek Taverna, Tampa FL

Mushroom appetizers and Greek Salad was delicious. Service was Great and the restaurant was very clean and a great location. First time but not last time.

The meatballs with spinach orzo were delicious. The rents had mousaka which was also very good. Stuffed mushrooms were crunchy and tasty. They also liked the sangria. Friendly staff.

We dined outside around 9: 30pm. Everything was fresh and good. Im a pescetarian.this would be a good place for a vegan or vegetarian.

Slow, slow, slow. Sidewalk dining is nice.but you wait so long for your food that the exhaust and motorcycle noise starts to wear on you. A little faster service would be nice. Burgers are just ok. You gotta love Ybor.

Went there for lunch while in Tampa for work. I can’t speak for anything else on the menu, but the Gyro was absolutely amazing. Friend said the seafood dish he got was awesome. The hummus appetizer was super delicious. Overall was a superb experience. I will definitely be back.

Visiting for the first time here was a great experience food was awesome and our waiter Danielle was amazing so nice and welcoming she rocked such a great waiter. Very Greek experience

One of the best restaurants I've visited and the service was outstanding the atmosphere was awesome. You got to try it.

The waitress was nice but the food was disappointing and ultimately gave me horrible food poisoning.

Pita bread was cold and hard. Fries were cold.and hard. Server tried to convince me the food was fresh instead of bringing me hot, fresh food. Quality has really gone south. Will not be returning.

Extremely rude manager at Ybor location, called to notify of two charges from our dinner the night before, when there should have only been one, (not to mention it was a very slow night for such a mistake to occur) the manager cut me off and said "I have more important things to do like run a restaurant" and hung up on me, so unprofessional! The food wasn't very good either.save yourself the hassle and bypass this place.

Not sure why, but the service we received was poor when compared to other guests but the food was actually good and the environment welcoming

Fun place to visit, I brought my family, it was awesome. Great food and even better entertainment. AWESOME experience will return.

I thought it was so awesome to see this restaurant giving out food to homeless people turkey stuffing mashed potatoes vegetables cheesecake it's amazing kudos to that restaurant for doing that

I don't usually leave a negative review unless it was deserved. My fiance and I had dinner here I ordered the souvlaki dinner and the pork was all fatty and had the consistency of rubber. When we let him know how it was the waiter never even apologized all he said was besides from that. This waiter needs to learn some customer service. It's a shame that an employee has to ruin a business's reputation.

Unfreundlich, Beilage trotz Nachfrage vergessen. Man fühlte sich nicht willkommen. Also weder griechisch noch amerikanisch!

The weather was awesome so we say outside. Food, service, and drinks were superb. My daughter lived in Tampa previously and recently moved back. As this was one of her favorite eateries she took me there on my visit. As she was about to bit into her chicken sandwich she noticed the hair on her plate. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

The restaurant has character, the walls are bricks with nice texture. It's tranquil type of place, great for dates and or friends where you want to talk and eat well. Staff are nice as well as their customer service. They have lots of wines.plates looks appealing. This is honestly a photogenic place. Would go again.

I went there with my fiance and it turned out to be a perfect date night place. They served hukka only outside and since it was cold outside, the staff turned on heaters. We enjoyed the service, food variety, ambiance, and the drinks. A must visit for food and hukka/sheesha.

Terrible service, deafeningly loud, and just awful food: chicken served in a gummy MSG-laden paste.waiter didn’t so much as ask why I had barely touched my entree, clearly had no interest. I paid and left.

Very loud place unable to have conversations without almost shouting. Food was decent but not I will remember.
