I am only giving two stars because they completely a windshield for me and turnaround time was great. On my second order, I requested a bait well hatch and t-top box hatch. It’s had been over 6 months and project was never even started. I waited patiently as boat was pending rewire. Never responded to a single call. Making me take time off work just to follow up on a project. Not once answered phone. I ultimately had to start sending my older stepfather to start following up with her. She swore she would have it by next week. That was three weeks ago. At one point she told me panels were already made but just needed to be polished. Lies. Last straw was she closed front gate during business hours. Nice person but constantly lying. Had to request panels be returned. Will be using someone else. Boat is unfinished pending these lids. 6 months and multiple hours of time time wasted due to poor follow through. Shame on them.

Eileen and her staff are awesome! They do great work and are very time efficient on their turn around time.
