I recently had such an amazing experience working. With ACT computers. Our production company was in a tight deadline situation and unable to access sensitive drives and ACT completely saved the day. I’ve never had service like it anywhere else. So grateful to have a locally owned business with such experience and personable customer service. Thanks ACT!

ACT Computers is a locally owned business that has top tier service. Our post-production team was in a pinch while editing a feature film and ACT saved us! We literally could not have met our deadlines if they didn’t help us diagnose, troubleshoot and remedy our issue in-person at that exact moment. We couldn’t be more grateful to their help and highly recommend using them.

They helped me figure out what was wrong with my internal harddrive that had feature film files on it.

I called ahead at this location explaining to them that I accidentally spilled water on my laptop. They answered my call promptly, told me what they could do and asked me to come in. I did. Antoine assisted me. He was extremely helpful in trying to help me login. Tried multiple things. Unfortunately there was not much they could do for my Mac, however, made great recommendations as to how I can proceed. Grateful for the sweet and welcoming staff and their efforts anyway!

These Guys are GREAT! And very knowledgeable. I have little time to waste with techs speaking to me in languages I don't understand. They took the time to explain in plain English and I walked away with a great laptop. Definitely trustworthy!

Was able to get my hands on an RTX 3070 from these guys, plus they provided me with an m. 2 screw for my motherboard when I lost the one that came with it. Pretty great customer service too, highly recommended.

They could of charged us more but instead showed us a less expensive product that worked better for our situation. We will always go back to ACT for new computers as well as upgrades or parts. ACT is a great local computer shop for any type of electronics. Chris helped me out multiple times and was very personable and a great teacher. Will always come here for my computer needs. Highly recommend.

Chris was awesome, very genuine, and out to help people. They helped me finally obtain a new 3080 GPU. I'm glad to have found a local business to help out. I will go back if I need anymore parts.

A simple glitch had locked up my computer. As they have done for me twice in the past, these guys quickly determined the problem and I was on my way in minutes with a working computer and instruction to be able to deal with it in the future. And they are so nice!

Amazing service. I was having a difficulty with a video capture program and reached out to ACT COMPUTERS while on line. They suggested that I call to set up an appointment for a service tech to visit. I called and spoke with Preston. I explained to Preston the difficulty I was having and he suggested that John, via a remote connection call and see if he could help me. John called and in a matter of 2 minutes, found and fixed the problem. AMAZING WHY, because all this took place within 45 minutes of my phone call. I'm sure it doesn't always happen this quickly but a big thank you to Preston and John for making my day. 5 Stars to ACT COMPUTERS. Many businesses talk about service, ACT COMPUTERS sets the standard. Thanks again.

A bit disappointing experience. Was expecting much more considering all the reviews. Went in to talk about building a gaming pc and getting all the parts threw them but the employee who came to me was pretty uninterested about doing business.told me that most of stuff are out of stock (even before seeing my list). And it's long waiting time to get the parts (not an issue.i knew that since with this quarantine craziness everyone is buying stuff so they can have some fun while being stuck at home.same with exercise equipment.some stuff you can't even find at all). But anyway took a 10 second look at my list and told me it would be best ordering stuff from Amazon and Newegg.which i was planning to do originally but then i said f.that let me give the business to local heroes.and get the stuff from one place.not with bunch of packages.but i guess they not much of a heroes after all.ccc.big guys it is. ‍️
