Once again we needed Action Air to come to our rescue and once again we were reminded how terrific this business treats their customers. From the front office to the technicians, AA is top notch. This time Dan Nngo was dispatched to our home. A short time later, Dan was buttoning up the heat pump after successfully bringing it back to life. Can’t recommend AA highly enough. They are courteous, efficient, fair and highly competent. We would never go to another HVAC company. Thanks Action Air!

Woke up with no air conditioning. Called action air within one and a 1/2 hours. Technician was here and within 30 to 45 minutes, job was finish house was cooling off great job. Shout out to Mike, my technician, great guy, very professional. Thanks once again for your prompt service and action.

My A/C went down 9: 30 pm.one evening. Called Action at 7: 30 the next morning expecting an answering service. Jan answered, assured me a tech would be here that day. I asked if there was any chance of that morning and she said she would try. 11am Dan, the tech, called and was on his way.

By 1: 00 pm A/C was repaired and running great. Dan was professional and very knowledgeable. Pricing was fair and reasonable.

When they came out to do annual maintenance, I had them check ductwork and they found a opossum had torn a hole in one of the ducts and had done damage to four others. I knew there were holes because leaves and trash were coming out of the vents. Joandy told me they couldn't be fixed, it wouldn't last, I would have to replace ducts. To replace ducts would be $3600.00, but I could replace all of the ducts for a little over $7,000.00. I chose to replace only what needed to be replaced.
I complained to Action Air that the vents hadn't been cleaned and they finally agreed to send Joandy out to clean them. When I received the receipt, in the mail, finally, I found out, not only did Joandy only FIX duct, he only did one. When I questioned Joandy why he didn't replace the ducts as he told me he was doing and why I was charged so much, he told me that what he did "was a lot harder" than if I had just gone ahead and had all the ductwork replaced. It's his job to do a sale when he can.

We've been with Action Air for close to 20 years. Just got a brand new Lennox installed & so far love it. Dan Nngo came out today for a minor problem. He is extremely thorough & does a great job in explaining everything. You can really see that he is passionate about what he does! Going to try & request him when we need service in the future,

Action Air Conditioning, and specifically Dan, did a fantastic job servicing my A/C unit. My home is less than 3 years old and I've had issues with the air conditioning since we purchased the home. Unfortunately, the company that installed the unit (not Action A/C) serviced the unit three times, but never did a good job. So, this time I called Action Air Conditioning as I wanted to break the reoccurring pattern of poor service. Dan took the time to really look at the system and he resolved the issues. Additionally, he took the time to explain the system performance numbers, so I now know what to expect from my A/C system.

If you have a need for A/C service, I highly recommend Action Air Conditioning. In addition to them being my recommended service provider, Lennox Air Conditioning also recommends them as a premier dealer. And be sure to ask for Dan!

I called Don C and he immediately got someone from their Tech team, Joandy, to come out and take a look at my AC unit. Joandy was there within an hour, very professional and nice. He found the problem within minutes and took care of everything and was in and out with a job Well done. Both Don and Joandy were great and I’d call them again to help in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone needing help with their AC unit.

Dan came right away and cleared a drain blockage and had my air working again. He was excellent. I highly recommend action air!

Don was extremely helpful and made sure I understood everything about the process. The installation team arrived on time and completed the installation process in the quoted time. Everyone that I have had the experience of working with was respectful and very helpful.

Great experience! I had a full weekend with no AC, my house was 86 degrees. Called Action Air they answered on second ring (#1 in my book). So many companies dont return calls or answer (frustrating)! Anyway, had the extreme pleasure of dealing with Don Connelly true professional, and very patient. He was comforting during such a stressful time. He answered all my texts very efficiently, He knew my urgency and was able to accomodate me and my mother IMMEDIATELY the next morning. Dan came to fix our air conditioning and was here until 10 pm on a Friday night to make sure we had air conditioning for the weekend. We are beyond appreciative. Great company with great technicians! Recommend without reservation

At the beginning of July, we proactively began interviewing a/c companies to replace our current unit. Action Air was highly recommended to us by our neighbor. Our sales representative, Don, was fantastic! Don answered all of our questions, did not attempt to oversell us, and provided us with a few recommendations based on our needs. We chose Action Air because of Don and the professionalism and knowledge he provided on behalf of Action Air. Our installation occurred within a week and went very smoothly. We have been extremely satisfied thus far and have stayed very cool during our heat wave!

We our ac compressor repaired by Mike F. He was wonderful. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was in working order. Extremely professional yet very friendly. He should be commended for his diligence. We have had good experiences with Action Air in general.

I have been using Action Air for 33 years and they have been a great company. Recently, my 15 year old 2nd floor unit stopped working. Dan Nngo came out at 9 pm to troubleshoot. He was here until 10: 30 pm and we decided to purchase new unit. Installation happened next day. Dan was terrific as well as installation crew. Highly recommend Action Air as they provide ungoing service as well as new products. A big thank you to Kim and the office staff too!

Mike came out to service my unit today. It was diagnosed immediately, the part was replaced quickly and at a reasonable price. I will use them again, no upselling, just straight forward good service. Thanks Action.
