Edwin Rosado, our service tech, installed a new belt on our opener. He was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. He also checked the general condition of our system and gave us feedback. I would highly recommend Action Automatic and will use them in the future.

Action repaired my garage door today and adjusted others as well. The tech was friendly, professional and clearly experienced. To top it off, their pricing was very fair. 5 stars!

Just ordered our two new garage doors. So far the customer service has been outstanding. Brittany is super efficient and thorough. We tried three different garage door companies, fortunately "Action" has Brittany. Because of Brittany's efficientcy, we actually had an estimate before they came out to measure. The estimate was fair so we ordered.stay tuned for the installation review, I expect it to be great too.

This is by far the craziest invoice I have ever witnessed. 670 bucks for a 30 min visit not one part changed.got the techs on my cameras there visit was 30 min.tops the brought out there genie to lift themselves up to unscrew some bolts and 10 min.later they was gone.accounting department sent a invoice for 590 for travel time and trip charge and on the invoice states. 05 hrs.for 80 bucks.i am not the one to dictate anyone's pricing but this was Ludacris.i am all about making money but 590 for trip charge!

Edwin did a great job installing our new garage door DC motor. He showed up on time, was very professional, worked quickly, showed us how everything worked, and he left things clean when he left. I would highly recommend Action Automatic D&G

Due to the non-standard sizes of the garage door opening/ceiling there were some adaptations needed. Perfectly realised by a very friendly and professional team. Hurricane inspection passed at once. Great job! Thanks

Outstanding garage door opener replacement service! The team from this company was professional, efficient, and provided excellent customer service. They carefully removed the old opener and installed the new one without any hassle. I am pleased with their attention to detail.

Can I get a call back from a Sales Manager or Management of some sort. I placed an order for a gate back in the first week of May and have yet to receive an installation date.

The sales guy Winston is nice guy but this is just ridiculous at this point that you guys cannot get me a solid confirmed date for install.

Needed springs replaced, arrived next day, done in less than an hour. Very nice. Almost all other companies in the area were 2 weeks out. Highly recommend!

I started "my experience" at Action Door with a salesman named Paul Cotto on Feb 2,2023! He than proceeded to either ignore me for weeks and chose to lie in the emails and never followed thru with sceduling me for my garage door! The last lie was 3 weeks ago telling me someone would be out to measue and noone ever shows up! Thru a series of unanswered phone calls and emails, I even called 3 times and spoke to another employee to try to get scheduled for a new garage door with absolutely no satisfaction! The worst company I have ever dealt with! Stear clear!

Absolutely outstanding organization. Fast, affordable, knowledgeable. Elliot was our installer and we can’t say enough wonderful things about him. Fully prepared, on time and diligent. Amazing company. Customer service rep on the phone was also top drawer.
