Action Car Rental, Orlando FL

First and last time I would use this rental service. Travelocity should never allow this business to be used. We had to wait over 45 minutes for the smallest shuttle bus and couldn’t fit our party of 7 so we had to have our three kids sit on our lap because we were just desperate to get our rental after long flight. That was the easiest part because then we waited in the longest line to the slowest moving staff. We prepaid and even took the car rental protection and so it should have been easy Peasy buy no we had to wait another half hour to get our van. In other reputable rental car it should have been ready soon as you sign. When we see our Van we have to talk with the vehicle inspection people before getting our Van who wants to see our agreement and then what to sell you other products and when I declined they made us wait even though clearly they had are keys and because I complained they helped other people who came before us. This was my mistake of thinking we are saving money but clearly click and bait establishment and want to scam visitors who just want to have a family vacation. It left a real sour taste in our mouth with this place.

Car was old, dirty, with scratches and dents all over. I will never use this agency again.

Absolutely horrible experience. Over charged me. Tried calling them no one answers. Tried emailing. No response. Called better business bureau for them to reach out Shocker NO RESPONSE. Do not rent your vehicle from them.

Smooth. Shuttle right at airport when arrived. New shuttles. Friendly checkin agents. Great price!

Beware. Be ready for the best company to scam you. When you rent and have a debit card they will charge you a daily fee. This policy is not posted anywhere online or at their facility. When you question it they will tell you to back to the airport because they get mad because they can't produce this policy.

Then they will charge you if you return the vehicle and hour due to let's say longer wait times at the airport.

You can't call anyone because their phone number doesn't connect you to their facility.

We got a decent car, but be prepared for them charging $131 for prepaid tolls, especially if just going from airport to Disney or Universal. Tolls are nowhere near that much, but there is no other choice since FL uses Toll by plate. Also, bring letter from your insurance company if they cover rentals.

Horrible experience. Wasted an hour and a half of my vacation waiting to get a car because they were so unorganized and understaffed. I would never use them again even though it is cheaper. I am pretty sure any review that gives this place more than 1-2 stars is probably fake. I thought it was actually a scam for most of the time experience but they at least charged the right amount despite the many up charges they spring in you while you are there.

This Car Rental is a nightmare, I waited 2 hours at the airport to be picked up, a bus with a capacity of 12 people arrived and there were 20 of us waiting for the bus and the pushing and insults from other people to my family began, I was with all my grandchildren, two of them with autism, tired and hungry. This was horrible, when we arrived to pick up the car, we also had to wait 45 minutes, to finally give me the car that wasn't it. Never again. Zero stars.

Staff were friendly. Got a free upgrade and the car looked and smelled like new! I'll definitely be booking again in the future!

We had a wonderful experience. Returning the vehicle was quick. The shuttle service was great! The car we had was very nice. I would highly recommend.

Never gave me back my security deposit and tried to charge me a month and a half after I dropped my rental off

Our customer service rep was one of the nicest person I have ever met. He was very friendly and informative. The car rental that we selected was not available however he was able to rent us another car but somewhat an upgrade. Also want to mention we arrive around 6: 30am and customer service rep was already upbeat and cheerful. Very great experience.

This place literally SAVED our vacation. We initially rented from Fox Car Rentals and they cancelled our reservation randomly the day of. We ended up getting a great rate last minute from this place. They even sent a shuttle to the other rental place to pick us up for free. I will definitely be renting from them again when in Orlando. Plus the inside is very nice and has great AC! Freddie is the rep who helped us and was a nice breath of fresh air after our stressful morning.

Ernesto helped us receiving the car, he's an extremely respectable guy, and I would say we couldn't have had better customer service.
