Dennis the service manager is amazing. He listened to my concerns and made sure to discuss my repair estimate thoroughly, along with answering any questions I had. Always, a good price and happy attitude.

I show up after being told they can have atire by 4. I wait 2.5 hours. They inform me their hot shot doesn't deliver on Saturdays. This is for my mom's vehicle. She has cancer and I was trying to make sure she can spend as much time with her grandkids as she could so I handled the issue. I have to pay for a slightly bigger tire size just to make sure she has a working vehicle for her Drs appointment on Monday at 9am. All the other tire shops closed at 5. So I was check mated into no other choices. Had they informed me 2.5 hours prior I wouldn't be writing this. But because they can't communicate and are inconsiderate of people's time, health, and schedule, they can struggle looking for new customers in this economy with bad reviews.

Drove up to this location for air and they have a stack of tires blocking the "self-help" FREE AIR. Then the guys look as if caught in a hair net. I'm looking for someone, ANYONE to come up and ask if they could assist. No one ever did. Lastly, the insult to injury is the one younger mechanic hops in a white truck to move it and blocked me in. SERIOUSLY! Not even the supposedly "FREE" air could get me to come back here.

These guys are honest and work hard to make sure every detail with your repair is done correctly.

I've given these guys three chances to work on my truck and get it right all three times have been told there would be no problem we would have it done on time all three times were excuses my truck was not ready on time and now I was told my truck would be ready to this afternoon and now I'm having to take it to another place to pay more money because I can't be down a vehicle because I was told it would get done today

Mavis Tire provided estimate, ordered proper size tires, & scheduled several services to be done while I attended a meeting across the street. Vehicle was done as promised. Staff was courteous & professional.a very positive experience!

Great experience since 1995 & it hasn't changed. Some people have changed & some old ones have returned to continue making great. Fast service in & out.

Excellent service and convenient technology. Online reservation is available or just walk in and they will have your vehicle worked as soon as they can.

They are very efficient. I got a flat tire and they checked it quickly and it was not possible to patch. They quickly put an order (the tire I'm using is a very sporty one so it's not in stock) after communicated with me. The next day I came back and they had the work done in less than 30 minutes. Very impressive!

Waiting area is clean and nice. Charges are itemized and clearly listed on the invoice. There's an electronic copy sent to your email and they will also give a hard copy.

Very professional and honest! I had a 2000 Pathfinder and one day the A/C started blowing warm, I took it to them fearing that it was going to be a lot more than I had financially to fix, the mechanic diagnosed that all it needed an O ring. I anticipated that I was looking at junking it but the fix cost less than $200 and the air still blew cold for 3 years. I have since purchased a newer Dodge Ram and thankfully haven't had any issues other than oil changes and tires. The front desk staff are always pleasant and friendly. I have recommended many family and friends and never regretted the recommendation. Almost every time I have been there I dealt with Damon (I think he has cot upstairs) his level of professionalism is the best!
