This Action Gator by MAVIS in Oxford has such an amazing shop and staff! Not a thing needed that can't be done here! #WONDERFUL!

Had to go by there for oil change on rental van. People were nice, place clean. But told them front windshield washer was not spraying, and they told me they would take care of that too as they did minor maintenance on Enterprise rentals. They did not fix that after saying they would.so just a 3

They were friendly and helpful, I walked in and ask for them to change a wheel stud and they took care of it quickly.when they found out the lug nut needed replaced, they even replaced it for me for free of charges. Quick, efficient, and professional.

They did a good job for fixing wheel stud with a reasonable price. Even offer free wheel lug nuts as we couldn't buy them in the neighborhood. They are very professional and I highly recommend them to everyone!

I called for an appointment to check out a leak in my tire. I was greeted on the phone by a very amiable person named Rich who told me to come in early and they'd take care of my tire.
When I arrived, I was welcomed by 2 additional employees who were very pleasant and eager to assist, Howard and Joe. I found Rich and he was, again, very good-natured, keeping me informed of the ongoing process until all was accomplished.
I thought the cost of the service was fair, the amount of time it took from beginning to end reasonable. The place is clean and accommodating with plenty of tables/chairs if you care to wait.
I will definitely return for any additional tire services.

Great place to have your car worked on. Came in for brakes expecting a much higher estimate. The prices were extremely reasonable and fair. Plus I have a lifetime warranty on my pads

Sorry I am late posting I could feel a vibration in my brakes and they took care of it. Was concerned the warranty had run out I wadwas toldv no problem.

I had a leaking tire gave Gator tire a call believe it or not from a recommendation I received while playing poker at Oxford Downs. When I called "Joe" said yes we can get you in immediately price will be around $25. The service was outstanding, I was actually worried it would be higher than $25 as took about 40 minutes to patch the tire. Another reason I was concerned is I am from Canada with Ontario tags and unfortunately have had a couple bad experiences of being gouged when having to do emergency repairs over the years. True to his word when the job was completed the bill was $25.99. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Action Gator Tire to all. The guy on front desk "Tom" was also very pleasant. Thanks again to Joe a real professional.

In and out quick. Walked in during lunch break and still have time to grab a bite to eat.price was very reasonable.

Came here in hopes to get an alignment because their sister location sent us here since our van is lowered and they have the ground machine. Both employees looked at the van and said “oh, thats not gonna work, its too low” without even trying. (My husband has used the same machine in our van at the place he used to work, but its too far from us now, so we knew they could do it, they just didn’t even want to try) Don’t waste your time here! Just go to Tire Kingdom less than a minute from this place and they’ll make it happen for you. See below picture from Tire Kingdom!

My Aunt visited us from Connecticut and needed some fluids topped off in her car that were compatible with freezing weather. We called a few places, and Action Gator was the only place that had what she needed available. They topped off the fluids quickly and politely, and we were on our way!

Ran over a bolt late Saturday night. Difficult repair. They got me in and out on Sunday AM in 45 minutes. Great experience, great staff.

I found I had a nail in my tire and called the company. They found a replacement tire for my BMW and had me come right in! The staff had me in and out in less than an hour! Will use them next time absolutely!

Called for an appointment. They told Mr to just show up I don't need an appointment. I showed up they told me they won't do it without an appointment. Would not recommend. Also while I was there I over heard a mechanic telling an older lady a serpentine belt would take the rest of the night. 4: 30-830. Scammers probably

Enterprise in Inverness, started out on our trip to Tennessee and the oil light came on and 0% oil level.took to enterprise in the villages and they had no vehicles to switch out … they called action gator and he got me right in

After not being able to have my battery checked at Advanced Auto Part, I went over to Action Gator in Oxford. The guys were beyond helpful. They not only checked my battery but explained a few things to me in the process.
