Brian and the crew of Action Gator Tire are always really great. Fast service at affordable rates and with great customer service, you really couldn't ask for more in a mechanic shop.

Wonderful experience at Action Gator Tire on S. Orange Ave, Orlando. Victor and Brian provided awesome assistance and technical knowledge of my vehicle. Work was superbly completed as requested and scheduled. Will return there for my vehicle needs. Super service.

I’ve bought tires here over the past year or two and liked their prices and service. It’s very convenient being located half a mile from my job, so I don’t have to take it to the Hyundai dealership for services not covered by warranty. When my brakes started to get near the end of their life six months ago, I took my car to Action Gator to get a quote, but held off on the job. When I went back this past Friday, I joked with the person behind the counter about whether the price would be the same, less or more than pre-Covid-19. He said he would match the price of $420. I thanked him and gave him the go-ahead.

When I went to pick up my car, a different person behind the counter said I owed them $498.98. I told him I was quoted $420 and then he replied there’s tax on top of that. “$80 in tax? , ” I replied. He then pulled out a calculator and started adding: $159.95 for front brake service, $176 for brake pads/rotors, $89.99 for brake flush/refill, $30.45 for tax and $42.59 for shop supplies. “Shop supplies? Nobody told me about that. ” He then pointed to a little sign on the counter which stated 10% would be automatically added to all jobs. I wasn’t going to start a big argument, but it really left a bad taste in my mouth. When asked the price, I should have been told “$425.94 plus a 10% shop supply fee plus tax, ” not simply $420. I don’t think I’ll be going back.

I needed two new front tires for my SUV and Action Gator Tire had the best price by far. I made an appointment a couple days before I planned to bring in my vehicle and their technicians were ready to begin as soon as I arrived. The estimated wait time was 1 hour and I was paid and on my way within 1 hour of arriving! Excellent team!

Brian and his staff are awesome! Took care of me on Christmas Eve, when other places just had excuses. Very friendly and had some good conversation while I waited for my vehicle. I've been here before, but today reminded me why I keep coming back. Thanks Brian and everyone there. Hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and a safe Happy New Year!

I expected to be there most of the day but wasn't there long enough to think about complaining. I'm Giving it a few day on the work done which was suggested to be a preventive measure. At this point, I will return as needed for service on my vehicle.

I had an excellent experience. Came in with no appointment and was seen right away. I had a nail in my tire which was fixed in no time. Great service and staff was really friendly. Will return here for future services.

Came back from vacation to a tire pressure warning. Stopped by here on my way to work and these folks had me in and out in no time. Great service.

Consistently receive great service on wheel related issues. Whether resolution of a slow leak due to galvanic corrosion on chrome rims or a simple nail puncture.

Great garage and tire shop! Staff and Management are super friendly, competent mechanics on staff who know what they are talking about. Competitive pricing. I bring in flat trailer tires all the time and they are quick to patch anything they can, and only recommend to replace if it’s truly necessary.

They seem to have attitude when you come in. I can in very nicely asking for help with my car and wanted to do business with them but the way they treated me. Turned me off cuz another lady came in and they gave her better service right away.

Absolutely fantastic service. There was an unfortunate incident that cause my car not to be finished properly the first round, but they fixed the issues after that quickly and without any added costs. They even did a fair amount of standard maintenance work at no charge to make up for the inconvenience. Kyle was polite, professional, and sympathetic and Brian was always cheery and eager to help. As long as I'm in Orlando, this is where I will go for car repairs.

Came in, was immediately taken care of. I had a little issue with my tire, they fixed it for me at a no out of pocket expense. Very amable staff. Also gave me a pretty good deal on new tires and instalation. Would defenetly be coming back. Completely worth the visit.

They lost computer systems for a day but still managed to take care and answer questions, fixed 2 of my tires in a hectic time of day with ease

I recently took my vehicle to this location. I found the team to be very professional. They explained in detail the repair needed. Without their knowledge, I obtained a diagnosis of the work to be done and the estimated cost prior to engaging them. The result - it was right on target. The team and manager Kyle, earned my trust. I highly recommend their services.

Quick and easy tire plug. They didn’t try and sell me more nonsense. Kyle was professional and polite. Check for coupons on their website. Will be back again.

Good work, but my van still pulls even after alignment. Will be making another visit in the future. It's hard for me to get over there, being it is a work vehicle.

Called ahead of time and receive a quote. I had to order my tires but they were in within three hours. My tires were put on in the same day. Kyle was really helpful and nice and my cost was less than what was quoted.
The only thing I would suggest to management is it would be really nice if they would clean up your wheels and tires as part of the service and maybe update the waiting area for comfort and coffee choices. Just because most people are there for close to an hour.
Overall it was a great experience and I did not have to shop around because I knew I was getting a decent price. Going by what I paid at a wholesale club the last go around After checking at least three places. Would highly recommend Action Gator tires.

Called them about 15-minutes before they closed as I had a flat tire that roadside assistance had just changed. They welcomed me, took care of the tire, and had me back on the road in less than 20-minutes. Very friendly and great service.

Had a flat tire and in a rush to work. They were able to patch it in about 15 minutes and get me on my way. Very professional and quality service!
