I love Action Physical Therapy so much, they are so welcoming and kind. From the front desk who is great and accommodating to the to the entire PT team who is amazing as I’ve been under all of their care before but I mostly work with Sofia and Brian who I absolutely love. Dr. Kelly, the chiropractor is so good and and actually takes his time with you to make sure you’re comfortable. What I love most though about this location and group of people is they make it enjoyable to come in each time where it feels like you’re hanging with great friends but they’re working on getting you better simultaneously. 10/10 recommend!

I was referred there after having surgery on my back. On the initial consultation the person that was speaking with me talked to me as if I were an idiot, then was very demanding on exactly how long I could sit without having to move. I tried to explain that it's different depending on what I was doing but he had to have an exact number of minutes, and after saying approximately 15, that still wasn't good enough. It was crazy, I wished him a nice day and walked out. The receptionist was very nice, that's the only positive part.

Only after meeting Dr. Papa and the staff was I able to get help after years of trying to get the right testing to find out what was wrong with my neck. I am doing better now and they are key helping me with my healing process.

I've been coming on an off for years now and doing much better. Still my place to come for adjustments and when I get out of whack.

I have tried everything to help my with my horrible TMJ from very expensive night guards to muscle relaxers to botox injections and I never had any relief from the constant pain. Since starting at Action Physical Therapy in Royal Palm three weeks ago I have finally found some relief! Dr. Shane's chiropractic adjustments and acupuncture and Brett's muscle work have made such an improvement already! Everyone in the office is so friendly and knowledgeable, I highly recommend Action for any physical therapy needs you might have!

Been seeing Dr. Kelly for almost a year. First chiro office I’ve been to that also does physical therapy, acupuncture, and cupping as well. The treatment is really working and I’m actually seeing and feeling a difference in my posture. I highly recommend adding acupuncture to the chiropractic treatment. The combination of the two together not only immediately eliminated my pain, but also left me feeling completely relaxed and happy afterwards. It’s a must try! I also got cupping done when I had a knee and hamstring sports injury. It sped up my recovery immensely. Everyone at the front desk is very nice and accommodating. I love how Joanie always remembers my name and sets a mood of fun and liveliness throughout the whole office. I wouldn’t want to ever go anywhere else! So grateful!

My elderly mother goes here for weekly physical therapy. The staff is very friendly and personable and she enjoys it.

Working with Sophia to strengthen fractured metatarsal. They were all very helpful and listened to my concerns, gave appropriate training and I was impressed with the care as I was unsure about it at first.

The office has very nice staff and Dr. Kelly knows what he’s doing to help me feel better and I recommend this office

Dr. Kelly and all of the staff and physical therapists were wonderful! From the check-in all the way through the end of the visit they were attentive to my sons needs, listened to him, offered their advice and services, and really made us feel taken care of. Dr. Kelly has impeccable bedside manner, which is hard to find these days. We are so grateful for their help and look forward to our upcoming visits and my sons continued improvement.

My therapist Sophia is the best. She demonstrates understanding, patience, knowledge and guidance in my treatment program. I would not be making the progress without her. The entire staff from entering the office until leaving is phenomenal

Couldn't have found a better place. Dr Kelly is amazing and makes you feel extremely comfortable. Adam, along with everyone else, are knowledgeable, helpful, and very caring.

This is one of the most professional…but welcoming as well…. Bussiness that l’ve experienced in a very long time. Time of injury or illness aren’t the best. Therefore, it helps when you go to a place that not only.help you heal…they do it with pleasure! They also care. It doesn’t matter who you get in this business…you get quality services. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Dr. Kelly is great. Very professional. I'm a person with multiple injuries over a lifetime and he is helping me tremendously via acupuncture, chiropractic and PT. Highly recommend. Joanie and the rest of the staff are amazing, kind and helpful.

I have been going to Action Physical Therapy for all my Therapy needs for over 20 years. The professionalism, knowledge and dedication of the employees is what keeps me coming back.

Also my therapist Sophia, and Dr. Kelly they help to keep me in line.

I love the practice. The therapist are always friendly and nice also the receptionists. Brett and Luis are very tentative and super nice. I will not do my therapy with no one else except Brett and Luis. Keep up the good work!
