Not a great experience! Managers do not honor each other’s deals from one day to the next. Then they try to offer you deals that are logically unsound and make no sense to a longtime Acura customer. My prior experience 3 years ago was very favorable but not this time.

Worst car dealership ever, this is my 3er mdx from this dealer, just because to get a sell they lie to me about they will take some miles from the car i was returning after 4 weeks a bill came in charging me the miles, they told me they will resolved the problem they never resolved it and now my credit score under 550 (when i got the car it was 745) the acura started impacting my credit negative.the negotiator sam he is the one that gave me the deal and the manager said thats is no my problem I didn’t make the deal, don’t go there they will lie to you to just get the sell.

This is the worst service I have since I buy my Acura. I brought my car for diagnostic service after the diagnostic they gave me the list of what they found and I agreed to get it done. I went to get my car in that same day I found out the A/C wasn't working and at 50 mph the front wheel was shaken. I brought it back for 2nd time cause the services didn't done after few hrs they told me all good then I ended up go there for the 3rd time for the same problem. They charged 4k for the 1st time I paid for and they wanted to charge me another 3k for the same problem They didn't fix the 1st time.

Rom Comrie is great! Went in for a test drive and walked out with a 2018 Acura TLX. Ron is very knowledgeable and patient. One of the things i enjoyed the most was the fact that he wasn't one of hose pushy salesman who make you feel uncomfortable. I would strongly recommend him!

I recently bought an used car. Facilites, sales representative and staff is a 10. But the car had defects that I'm pretty sure the dealer knew about and still sold it to me. The car overheated in less than 24hrs after purchased. When call to make a claim, their answer was "all sales are final". That's not what you expect from a dealer. Selling a defected that they obviously knew had problems.

We bought the car but service we receive before was good and after service bad.they do not pay attention after u signed the contract and make sure one thing please take everything in writing what they offer before they sell you a car even free oil change take in writing.do not recommend please shop every where else be dhi ore you stop here.

Que problema con este dealer, dicen que le entregan un auto con ciertas características y después salen con el básico, porque el vendedor no sabía que estaba vendiendo y ya después de firmar usted está con las manos atadas.

What a problem with this dealer, they say they deliver a car with certain features and then go out with the basic, because the seller did not know he was selling and already after signing you are with your hands tied.

First time purchasing a Honda. The process was easy and fast. Everyone involved was understanding because I had all 5 of my kids with me.

Great dealership for service and I did buy an Acura there too.free coffee machine while you wait. TV s are available and plenty place to sit. WELL organized waiting room.

Great service. Service manager Arberto went above and beyond helping me with my car and getting it fixed before time he had estimated and even washed my car! Only complain is the girl that was setting up my curtesy car gave me a really dirty one. It had dirty doors and back seat. The smell was so bad I had to drive around with the windows down. Thank God Arberto was able to get my car fixed a day earlier. Thank you Arberto!

The manager by the name Mr. Young was very unprofessional and rude he doesn’t know how to speak to his employees and customers in a courteous way, his attitude was either your buying or on to the next customer with that attitude I don’t know how they till have him there as a manager

I had a very pleasant and seamless car shopping experience with regard to the lease of my 2018 MDX. Both Jorge Ramirez and Scott Ticker were exceptionally pleasant, helpful and courteous. I will do more business with the team in the future and most certainly refer business to Acura of Pembroke Pines.
