DO NOT USE A & D PROSE FIRM LLC.
They are a fraudulent company that will take your money and will not complete any of the work. The owner of this company is Alfreda Siplen. I have been fighting with her for two years for a refund. She always says it’s coming but I have yet to receive one, But she’s taking all these wonderful trips.

What an atrocious business. Had an appointment at 2PM scheduled by my firm. I arrived at 1: 45PM and wandered around until 2: 10PM with nobody in site. Tried calling and nobody answered. There was a gentleman working for "Proficiency Background" (another fingerprinting firm in the building) that tried to help me. Save your time and schedule it with them instead. I would give A&D 0 stars if I could. *Edit* the response by the business is a complete lie. No phone call or email was relayed. On top of poor customer service, they're liars as well.

Came for fingerprinting and no one is here.reception can't tell me when or even if they will be back today.no one is picking up the phone, and there is no way to get in contact.

I was there for fingerprints on Saturday. Wilkiya was awesome, she had a full schedule and was working by herself but she still got me in and out of there in about 5 minutes.thank you!

I was initially sent to this company for their finger printing services today, by my employer. However; I had the pleasure of speaking with Ms. Alfreida who also assisted me with a document that I needed notorized. She was very pleasant, informative and was able to fit in the notarization without a prior appointment. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone in the area.

Great experience. Make sure you know the suite number and this place is easy to find. Got my prints done and I was in and out super quick. Awesome customer service!

If I could leave no stars I would had an appointment for 1040 am to do fingerprinting for the DBPR for construction purposes no one there and no one to answer there phone I run a service company and if I ran it like this I wouldn't be in business if some one sends you to them from Identigo ask for another location as I and two other s waited a very rude woman was happy to tell us they are closed even thou the sign said monday through friday

This is unacceptable. I have an appointment this morning at 10: 30am. I arrived at this location and there is no one here. There are two other people here with appointment times of 10am and 10: 15am. We cannot get a hold of anyone. I called IDENTOGO and was told the office is closed. Their sign said they are open from 10am-3pm. Then I called the corespondent office (A&D Insurance and Financial Pro Se Firm) no answer. Your website stated that you are open. I also left a message, no call back. Frustrating situation. I will not recommend this office/business to anyone. If you need fingerprinting done, look for other businesses.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Had an appointment today and they’re not even open. Don’t answer the phones either. What a joke.

Worse customer service ever. The person on shift is very unpleasant and rude. Close to asking for a refund. If you need finger printing done please choose a different location. To the company try hiring someone, who will be more courteous and professional that knows the meaning of customer service.
