Adam came through for us in a time when we had just dealt with a very "unfavorable" real-estate" group here in Jacksonville that was supposed to be the best. They were not! His communication, availability, knowledge, just EVERYTHING.he was just perfect! Especially for a family that was moving back to Florida, when one was in Kansas City, and the other was here in Jacksonville. I have already told my real-estate company in Kansas City to refer everyone to him, as he is it!

My last property was a condominium in Florida which he sold within a week. We priced it higher than all the other Condominiums so I thought it would sit for a few months but he was able to sell it in a week. His customer service skills are phenomenal and I would recommend him to anybody and everybody. I have used highly rated realtors in the past and he was recommended to me by a friend so I wanted to try it out and he was better than all the previous Realtors I have ever worked with.

I was just told that my house to be listed with contents conveying is not worth his time? Easy commission sold fast is not what he does. He could have made 10 thousand dollars in a couple days.

I have a real estate agent who is awake that can't wait to list my property with contents priced so low that it will sell quick, and he will end up with a fat commission.
Sorry you can't understand that is done all the time in real estate; especially commercial.
