ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS PLACE TO STORE YOUR ITEMS. Multiple break ins, homeless people that have storage with them, people stealing things off customers vehicles/trailers but they have Nice new indoor building that you the customer will be paying for, customer service is really poor quality, the manager will profile you if you miss any payments he will try and sell your stuff. It's more of a family owned facility. The manager will literally avoid you if there's any situation regarding your items in the units, water damage, door breaks, trash by your unit, etc. There's massive amounts of nails all over the property. Get ready to pay for new tires the 2nd time you go onto the facility. They also will lie to you about your account on what's due. They will charge you for anything they can. I would stay far away from this place unless you want to lose all your personal belongings. Also, I use to work for the company but have had my items stored there as well, and sand would always be inside the unit. They refuse to take my name off their reviews because they know their ratings will drop dramatically but are quick to say I worked there to try and protect their rating for my review. This place is very clean, well kept and smelled really nice. Todd assisted me and he was very helpful! The location is great and in a central area.

Great costumer services by Drew. Friendly and always trying to help! Branch need to work and get somebody capable to run the branch, Tod needs to work on management skills and leave the gate open 24/7 like the advertising and website said.

Drew was very helpful and knowledgeable. We’ve never rented a storage unit and I had lots of questions. Drew patiently answered all my inquiries and got us all the information we needed to get going. He had a lot of customers come in after us, but he didn’t rush me and was still able to efficiently help us. I’m happy to be renting here and look forward to a long relationship with Adamo Storage.
