ADC Ambulatory Diagnostic Center - Kendall, Miami FL

I was very impressed with the speed, service and care during my visit. The receptionists were professional and polite. I was taken in immediately, as a walk-in, and I was in an out! I would definitely schedule here again.

I went in for a sonogram. They over schedule, my appointment was for 12: 30 pm and after waiting 1 hour I asked for an estimated time, I was told the te h had 2 more patients ahead of me and they could not estimate how much longer I had to wait. I normally do testing at Baptist and they are always on time, this place. Is not good. If you can schedule somewhere else do it

The technician was rude. After waiting over 1 hour, the technician came out. Another person waiting asked the technician if he could help her by calling her next. Kinda snarky, if you ask me. She was basically asking to go before all others.

He threatened to go to lunch and make us wait an extra hour.

Whatever happened to service?

Today I had an appointment for X-rays and Ultrasound procedures. First time visit. Very nice health center, clean and excellent services from the Frontdesk staff through technicians. My Congrats and special mention for the Ultrasound technician. Very professional.

I would like to commend Laura A. She has been a blessing in her knowledge and professionalism. She was able to accommodate me in my situation in an awesome way. Laura should be commended verbally an on writing and a written note should be added on her file for when evaluation comes, it will be noted. Thank you for having her. Laura is a blessing.
