Addition Financial Credit Union - UCF Downtown Campus, Orlando FL

I had 2 main issues, first one was trying to transfer money between accounts I am on for a family member's emergency. I have been able to do this over the phone previously but was informed yesterday that it was no longer possible without certain forms (this was a policy that was not made known to any members before being implemented). The second one involved fraud on another family members account. Kimberly, Branch Manager, and Nicole, Teller Extraordinaire/and may be or should be Assistant Branch Manager took care of everything quickly, efficiently, and effectively.
Nicole made sure that everything was setup correctly so I would not run into an issue of leaving family members in an emergency unable to help, and Kimberly researched all the issues and forwarded them up the chain to highlight how policies implemented without notice can severely effect members.
These two are amazing and deserve any and all praise.

Neskel was very helpful with assisting to open a new account. We should continue to have great people like him around.

Kissy was very helpful in helping me open my new account. She informed me of other accounts available to help me save and that I can also put my son as beneficiary in the event that anything happens to me. Thank you so much for all your help and informative information.

Very nice & polite. It was very reliving how willing to help and understanding she was regardless of my ignorance in credit scores. I would describe her as very motherly & caring, I came to her with a few questions that steer off a little from banking and she helped me through each one. Thank you.

Kimberly and Johnathan were amazing today. I was so stressed about my new car payment and Kimberly gave me excellent advice. Very knowledgeable, helpful, patient and I am grateful to have met her.

I was opening my student savings account and the process was smooth and easy due to how receptive and cooperative Katherine, one of the representatives, were at the establishment. I recommend if you want a easy smooth process of opening up a bank account.

Katherine was great at helping me open an account. She was very polite and thoroughly answered any questions I had regarding the process or requirements.

I had the best experience today at the downtown campus. Jonathan was extremely helpful and had amazing customer service skills. He addressed all of my needs in a very timely manner and went above and beyond. Thank you for being such a big help! I am a new customer and I am looking forward to doing business with this bank for many years to come!

Walking in here was a nice addition to my day. Jonathan was very nice, attentive and helpful. We were able to add a checking to our account and make a deposit with ease.

For this being lunch hour, there was no long lines.

To top it off, we got these cool shades and a cup as an addition to our addition Account.

Neskel was patient and professional with me when I had specific bill needs for international travel. He was personal and engaging as he worked. Another great employee of the bank that I have enjoyed doing business with.
