Addome Bella Spa is amazing! I always get compliments on my manicures and their facials and massages are the best! I love going here just to relax and rejuvenate. Staff makes you feel welcomed and are some of the best in the business. Keep up the great work! See ya soon!

Scheduled an appointment to have a massage on my birthday last year, and let them know in my reservation of a specific accommodation that I would require and to please cancel the reservation or contact me prior to if they could not accommodate me. Was not contacted until I was literally getting ready to leave for my appointment for them to tell me they couldn’t accommodate me. I specifically mentioned it when booking my reservation to avoid a last minute disappointment/embarrassment and instead had exactly that happen, on my birthday no-less, because of the staff’s lack of attention to detail. Contacted them privately about this experience recently and didn’t receive any response either. All in all hugely disappointing and upsetting experience trying to go here and I will never make that mistake again.

I paid a spa day for my moms bday she sang high praises for the spa she said she felt like a queen. Check out the build your own spa package if you know what you want specifically if you dont I'd probably go for the express package if you want to try out their services they dont break the bank and fellas if you're lookin for somethin for your loved ones on a special day this place is prob the best in my opinion. I hope theres mother's day specials

I love this place! The office staff are wonderful and generous always making you feel welcomed and relaxed. I highly recommend Ty for massage treatments. He has done my massage two times and both times he was very professional and polite. He has gentle and ruff hands so between therapeutic and deep tissue, he is truly amazing at giving you the most effective and relaxing experience!

Been to this place multiple times. The relaxation massages are fantastic. My wife and i love to do the 1hr couples massage. I would rate this 5 stars

Today we went for a spa pedicure as my wife wanted to enjoy some extra attention. The lady that did my pedicure was great, i would rate her 5 stars. My wife got a very lack luster person. The girl kept getting up to leave and then told her she didnt have time to do french tips. Had she been there the entire time she wouldve had plenty of time. This lady would rate a 1 star if that.

The other issue with the pedicure was the water was lukewarm at best and quickly turned cold. This made for a bad overall experience.

We will still come for couples massage but will find somewhere else for mani/pedis.

So glad I found this spa! I have been here multiple times for a couples massage and have left feeling so relaxed. Everyone I’ve met is friendly. My husband and I have the same massage therapists every appointment which I appreciate! Would definitely recommend.

Shame on you for firing a woman that was discriminated at your establishment. Don’t go there. They treat their people of color employee terrible. Nobody should support a business that does that.

I have gone to multiple places for a massage and always leave a little disappointed - typically feel sore after and need another massage - and after my experience at Addome Bella I can finally give a 5 star. It was a great massage and I will definitely be going back. I did the therapeutic massage and added hot stones.

I had a great experience when I had a pedicure and a massage. Staff was very professional and environment was very relaxing. Highly recommended if you feel the need to be pampered.

This was my best spa experience ever. Beautiful salon. The staff is incredibly attentive & the atmosphere was very inviting. The whole experience left me wanting more, can not wait to return. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Also a great gift idea (hint hint) for that special person in your life. FIVE STARS, wish I could give more if I could.

Laura was great to work with and provided a very relaxing, but also helpful and informative session with her! Looking forward to the next one and seeing more progress with my skin.

The sheer lack of concern when an employee comes to management to make them aware of a disrespectful client and completely disregard the employees feelings while working with said client and then blaming these reviews on a disgruntled employee bc you have no other excuse and it’s easier to blame ex employee rather than taking accountability. Admit you may have been wrong bc it’s not ok to allow your employee to work under those conditions just for profit. Do better and have some professionalism at least have the decency to stick up for that employee. How can you make her continue to provide services for an awful human being like that? Why was nothing done after she came to management and complained?

Seems like the company has managed to eliminate the only two women of color who were working there. Since there’s no one who looks like me who works there I’m not going back. Representation matters.

I visited on 01/27/2022 for the Opulent Spa Package. I've never been to a spa nor had I ever had a massage or mani/pedi. What a great experience. Every staff member I met was super friendly and genuinely happy to be there. At the time of check in you fill out paper work to tweak your experience. I had Brenda for all except the mani/pedi portion. Brenda was beyond super awesome. Explained everything as it was my first time. I had a lymphatic brushing followed by a steam shower. Then I got the mud wrap and an awesome facial. Showered then on to an incredible therapeutic massage. Brenda made me feel like a queen! I never knew what I was missing out on. Later I had the mani/pedi portion with Michelle who was also great. We started with exfoliation for hands then masks. Followed by warm wax. Then on to the cuticle care and polish. The pedi part was the same process but of course for the feet. What a great experience. The entire day was just perfect! I would totally recommend for anyone that needed a pampered day!

I absolutely love this spa. The staff go above and beyond and treat you like queens (and kings) from the minute you walk in the door to the very end of your appointment. Kassie is my go to girl. She is amazing. She’s extremely knowledgeable with skin care and and is helping me get my skin back to its youthful appearance. I highly recommend.

I had the privilege of having an amazing facial treatment from Laura last week. She is incredibly knowledgeable about skin care as well as the products they carry. Believe me I asked her a 1000 questions. The line of skin care products they use are incredible definitely worth bringing home and they even sell little samples if you would like to try it first. I will definitely be seeing her again soon thank you so much Laura!
