3We went to the store to return adidas shoes. We were told we could not return the shoes because they were worn? My kid never wore the shoes. Sarah the store manager was very rude and the cashier. The gentleman at the cash register held them and didn't give me a problem for the return. Why give us an issue after we picked up items to buy?
Great store and location and huge selection of adidas products. Was a great experience and the sales were on point!
The heavyset female that works there is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! No greeting, no can I help you with something or anything like that. I mean I’m the type of girl that likes to be left alone when I’m shopping but at least she could’ve said if you need anything let me know. People like her don’t seem to realize the customers pay her salary. Maybe she needs more training because she seem to think her job is only folding shirts. If I had my choice she would be FIRED ASAP!
