I moved from Indiana and because I broke my contract I was charged $302.00 for the balance of this contract. I was told if I signed a new install when my new home was ready I would not be charged but I was. So my install was May 1 with a promise of refunding this money. Four months later I still have not received it after more than 20 calls to the office. They claim they tried to refund it to my credit card but the bank refused, called the bank they asked me if I was joking they claim they have never heard of the bank refusing to issue a credit. So now we are waiting for a check. The request as I am told has been denied 3 times, when I finally was able to convince them they said it would take 25 business days. So according to them 25 business days later they sent the check to the home I sold 14 months ago. The check was never forwarded. They then stated they would send the check to where I live now the home where the new install was done and YEP you guessed it take another 25 business days. So here I am September 2 no check and no check forwarded from my old address. There re no upper management available to speak to. So what are my chances of ever getting my refund which I am entitled to and have a written agreement testifying to it. My salesman promised to help me get this refund but he refused to accept my calls and won’t call me back.

Worst security services out there! Horrible customer service, issues still aren't solved and they are doing nothin about it. Their prices are outrageous for just coming out and doing a service call and not doing anything to fix the issue.

The biggest mistake you will make is signing with ADT!
The system has constant issues, cameras load sometimes, not a lot but sometimes.
Customer service is a joke, virtual technicians outright rude, everyone else says they will help but never actually do and pass you on to someone else equally unhelpful, managers and supervisors don’t exist (been waiting for 6 days for a call back).
I’ve had hours wasted for one issue that no one can fix or arrange a technician to come out.
The guy that installed the system also broke my wall which I was told I’d be compensated for, never was.
This whole experience with ADT is both disappointing and aggravating, wish I never brought them into my house!

We have requested yard signs 4 times this year and never received them. We have been with this company for over 20 years and their customer service is lacking in every way! What a waste of time.

I just called your company to ask about my bill, because I keep getting emails that I am past due, I got the most unbelievably rude person I have ever talked to in my life, his name is Alexander, he argued with me about everything, I am not getting my bills in the mail, and he argued that I was, when I told him how rude he was he argued about that too. This is totally unacceptable to treat customers the way I was just treated. I will be searching for a new alarm company.
4 years later ADT is again the rudest company I have ever dealt with, I am cancelling my account the way you talk to your customers is unacceptable we are done with you.

I guess you let anyone be an authorized dealer and soil your name? Safe Haven is really giving ADT a bad name. Avoid ADT and especially Safe Haven. Garbage. Just total junk installed by toddlers without any customer services if you need help. Have had so many appointments for someone to come over to explain the system and no call no show every time. I’m about to drive to MO just to get a person to hold up their end of the contract. They are thieves just stealing from us.

We waited 1 hour and 5 minutes before being disconnected at their end. We were trying to cancel service due to Mom going into assisted living. On a hunch, we tried sales and got through in less than 10 seconds. What does that tell you? It tells me they're only concerned about selling you service and could care less about the service side. They've gotten too big. Go with a local area company with good reviews and know that you will be heard. That's what we're doing.

I have SimpliSafe and its great alarm system and very affordable. I have a sign in front of my house that says protected by simply safe. Some sales guy comes up to my house and put stickers on my front door with business cards anyways. Front door is now a sticky mess and I purposely didn’t go with ADT because their prices are a fortune. Definitely don’t recommend and you should go with SimpliSafe as it is affordable and very good security that is monitored 24/7.

Like stepping back in time it takes up to a full minute sometimes to get to see what I’m wanting to see on my app. Dinosaur type equipment.very unhappy! Had I seen prior what I would have to deal with to even pull up the images I would’ve not signed up. The worst system ever thank goodness I still have my Arlo device that I use more than this one. Run from this company do not use them it is horrible. By the time I pull up live images the images already passed but I wanted to see live it takes that long to pull it up.
