Went In to buy motor oil, Waited in line for 20 minutes (maybe more) with only one other person, just to be told that I can’t get checked out because the system is down. Clearly they don’t value people’s time. You need to train your employee better in customer service. Never coming to advanced auto parts again. Pretty insane how slow they are in there.

I had to buy a new battery. There's a gentleman named Bob that installed it for me. He noticed that the other Advanced Auto parts store that had charged my old battery the day before did not put my battery tie-down back on. Bob found part of it on the back side of my motor near the firewall. I don't know if it could have tore up anything or not. But I'm glad that Bob noticed it and found it. Thank you Bob!

The staff was helpful, but I went on Amazon and bought the heater door actuator for $ 28 compared to 179 that they wanted I had to wait a couple of days to get the part from Amazon but it was better than paying the price they had quoted me

Mr. Bob was so awesome. First he took his time to help me find out what type of car I have. Then he helped me to see if I had any coupons available which I did. Score! Then he helped me to ensure I ordered the right part. Overall I truly enjoyed my transaction with Mr. Bob, I felt like he treated me more like family then a customer. God Bless him and his family!

Always exceptional customer service at this location! I'm so very new to car maintenance and am prone to be a little flustered by car issues but going to this location with its wonderful staff always relieves any sort of car stress I experience. Bob and Greg went above and beyond helping me today and I really appreciate their help! Thank you!

I LIKE THIS LOCATION! I have been coming here for several years. The employees are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. I recently ordered an alternator and some other items on line. The Semoran store didn't have one of the other items in stock so i decided to save time and pickup all my items at one store. The store that had everything in stock was the Main street store. I asked the clerk to test my old alternator. He tried for about a half hour and could not get it to connect up. He asked for help from another clerk (I found out later that it was the store manager) but this clerk would not come to help and stayed on the phone. The clerk came and said he could not test my old alternator or my new alternator because the did not have the correct test leads. He told me to take the alternators to the Semoran store and get them to test the alternators. So I stopped by the store and within a few minutes both my alternators were tested and I was on my way. So my quick one stop for parts took over an hour and was very frustrating. I am giving the Semoran store 5 stars because they took care of me even though they didn't sell me the part. If I could rate main street I would give them 2 stars. They had the the parts in stock but the customer service was sorely lacking. Just an observation. If the store manager would get off the phone and help his employees when asked he might find out that he does not have the correct equipment to service his customers needs and order the missing leads. I will not be going to main street if i need any kind of help with my purchase.
