They looked up my vehicle in their system and sold me the air filter for my car. This was after I gave them the part number I knew I wanted but they refused to get me the part and insisted on checking the computer first. Of course the air filter didn’t fit so I took it back for a return. The person at the register didn’t believe me after I showed this photo and so he wanted to see for himself. We went to the parking lot and disassembled the air box and he was like “Okay, it doesn’t fit. ”

Meanwhile during these 15 minutes spent in the parking lot (the air box is a bit tricky to open), the line was getting longer and longer inside and customers were getting aggravated. After another 15 minutes on another computer system, apparently a part that fits was found but had to be ordered. I was told it would be here the next day. We could have saved 30 minutes and prevented the line from getting super long if they would just get me the part number I wanted but I guess you all HAVE to use Car Quest parts.

I came back the next day and the ordered part wasn’t here yet and no one could tell me an arrival date.

I guess I was going to get a call when it arrived but it’s been a week so I just went to Napa today and they had the correct part in the computer system and I was in and out in 5 minutes. Also, the air filter was much cheaper.

Always go to this place when I absolutely need something in a very short amount of time and this place always disappoints there's four people working in there, but one is at the cash register and the guy is slow as all could be. Four people walked out before me because of the wait.

Izaiah, Obrey, and Jinha went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me while I was there to change my battery! This location is lucky to have them and I can’t say enough about how helpful they were even when the store was busy

I stopped in today to get replacement windshield wipers. JR helped me find the wipers I needed and replaced them for me on the spot. My car had a weird clip and ended up needing to get different ones, but JR was SO helpful and did all the work for me. He took his time and explained everything to me. He didn't try to upsell me which is what usually happens at auto stores. I highly recommend stopping in this location and asking for JR for your auto needs!

Amazing customer service here! I need a new battery and they replaced mine in under 10 minutes. I will definitely be back.

I looked up the necessary fog lights for my vehicle in the handy bulb parts guide that is available right in the bulb isle. Despite double checking, I selected the wrong bulbs for my vehicle. I had opened the packaging before I learned of my mistake. I attempted to return the bulbs for a refund and was told that Advanced Auto Parts does not accept returns if the packaging has been opened. Fair enough. However, when I found the correct bulbs, much to my surprise, the package was previously opened and sealed with scotch tape. I guess Advanced Auto Parts will repackage parts after they have been opened, they just won't do it for me.

Gloria was amazing and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed and got it installed!

Amazing friendliness and service! Donato went above and beyond to help my daughter and I get what we needed to have her Jeep Wrangler up & running again! We will definitely recommend this location to everyone in the area, and hope that Donato is on shift to help them out as well. He really was our superhero!

Had to replace the battery in my key fob, the guy was so nice, let me borrow a screw driver to open the key fob and helped me find the battery. Great service

I got off work and my car wouldn't start so Geico sent a rep to give me a jump.turns out the battery connector was totally corroded and I also needed a battery. My GPS took me 4 minutes down the street to Advanced auto parts. I went inside and Leo and Alexis came outside to see if they could help. Alexis is awesome he got off the corroded broken connector off and let me tell you that part was not easy. He also hot my new battery and connector put in an hour and I was on my way. I want his managers to know just how awesome he is and how much I appreciate the time and effort he put into helping me.
