12Eileen the manger, 10 out of 10 service. A person who truly cares about her customers. I had bought a battery from advanced auto parts not to long ago. I was prepared to buy a battery not even knowing I had a warranty from the battery I already had. I was able to change my battery out quickly and pain free. 100% coming back to this exact store to work with her again. Hands down best experience I’ve ever had at a parts store.
Worst service ever at this location
Went to this store looking for a new battery for my car and installation services, and I was told that they could sell it but not install it, because they were only women in there. I spend there more than one hour waiting for a worker that could do the work that apparently was coming within an hour, after that I was told that he was coming in the afternoon, then my husband called and the lady told him that the worker called out sick. So, think they didn’t want to work/help at all, they were lying all the time.
I’ve been to numerous auto parts store, numerous retail stores period. My experience was from a few weeks back but it still bothers me till this day so I just needed to post this to warn future customers. This location is an absolute joke, they hire people that have no idea what they’re doing and just have no sense of customer service or what that means. If you are confused, unable to properly execute your job or just don’t know how to talk to people. PLEASE ask for guidance, I won’t go into detail because judging from the recent reviews it seems this is an on going issue. Please just fire everyone at that store and start with Aileen, she’s a mess and because of her I won’t return to that location. If I have to tell you how to do your job and I have no automotive experience. Don’t get upset with the customer because you don’t know what you are doing! That says a lot, apparently she’s a manager. If so please fire the promoting manager as well.
This company has an agreement with Spark drivers that are the same as Walmart. And this entry is to complain because they always post orders on the app and are never available when you arrive at the place. They make us drive many miles and sometimes wait a long time so that later they tell you: The order was cancelled. This is not fair that they make you lose time and miles, considering that gas is expensive.
I went to this store a few months ago and brought a battery for my car, then not to long ago, actually last week my car wouldn’t start so I had a friend jump start my car. I went back to the store and had them check the battery and they told me it was still good. Later that night I went to work and when I got off my car wouldn’t start again. I had to get another jump start. The next day I went to drop off my wife and it wouldn’t start again. Later that day I took it back to the store and they wouldn’t give me another battery. The assistant manager was trying to tell me that’s my fault because maybe I left my lights on or maybe I’m using my USB to charge my phone. I didn’t know we were not allowed to use our USB. Anyway she gave me a whole lot of excuses just so she wouldn’t give me another battery. I felt so missed treated by her and the other lady that was there. Never had I had any problems with this store before. Later that day I went and bought another 300 dollar battery and the car hasn’t had any problems since. 4 days no issues

Helped me twice today and wouldn’t even accept a tip. Can’t remember his name but he has glasses, tattoos and is clean-shaven. Hyundai dealership wouldn’t even give me the time of day. Will be my go-to.
Purchased a tachometer at another Advance Location but this one is closer to my job so I went to return it. Had it for 5 days with the receipt in hand. I tested it before I permanently installed it in my car and it did not work. When I tried to return it at this store the assistant manager told me he could not take it back because I bought it at another Advance store? Since when? I just wanted a replacement.what if I was traveling on a trip am I expected to take my purchase back to the state I bought it in? The guy was rude and said sorry it's their responsibility.are not all Advance a chain of stores? With as much competition there is in auto parts, I guess they don't want my business.
I went this morning to return an impact gun set that I never use and the guy Coshme.said that he can’t return it because it was used. I try to explain in so many ways that I never put a socket in it.but he still refused to return it.he just decided to no returned because I put a fitting hose on the gun and he said it was used but is very obvious that any tool of the set was used.: :
