They closed early on a Saturday.super friendly service, but you can not just close early because it is Saturday.

Excellent experience here today. Went in because my car was having trouble starting. They checked my battery, starter, and alternator and I was on my way with my new battery within 10 minutes. Highly recommend!

The manager I believe his name is Tj at Largo mall gave me a discount on 1 quart of synthetic oil and because I'm disabled he bought it to the car for me. Excellent customer service. I'll always patronize this store.

5 years ago I purchased a battery on line and picked it up at the store. The clerk was very annoyed that I purchased it on line and now he had to install lt. He actually said so. I drove about 4 miles, shut off the car, came back in an hour and there was nothing. Opened the hood and one of the terminals was completely off. Called the store to complain and asked for the manager. Same clerk answered and said HE was manager. I never went back until today. I live within walking distance and needed 2 bulbs. There is a customer in the store complaining of the same EXACT problem I had from 5 years ago. I started to look through the book to find the bulbs I needed and a clerk says I can look that up for you. I stated the bulb I needed and before I finished my sentence he interrupted with OH we probably won't have that. I go back to the book and find it. I then needed a headlight and couldn't find it in the book. I goback to him and asked about the headlight, could he look it up? I tell him it's for a 2013 Mercedes C250 and he interrupted me again, we don't have Mercedes headlights I go out side, bring mine in and find it. I left without purchasing anything and went to O'Reilly 's. Great service. They went above and beyond to help. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

I strongly recommend this auto parts store. Bree was EXTREMELY helpful and prevented me from spending $250 on a new battery when it was really the alternator. When two other people told me it was the battery. Thankful for honest and trustworthy people like her.

First time in this location. I went in to get some wiper blades and the staff was very helpful, so used to my old car who would have thunk a new car took different size windshield wipers? The gentleman was super kind enough to show me and help me put them on my vehicle too.so ladies, you'll be in good hands if you need help!

Got my parts from the other advanced went to ý one for my alternator warranty. They weren't very friendly and offered really no help and turned nose up like better then everyone. WILL NOT GO BACK HERE AGAIN AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!

Exceptional service! This store is wonderful! The employees are so quick to help and pointed out an obvious issue to me when I was having my battery tested. The manager personally helped me to resolve another issue. I totally and highly recommend this location.

Store manager Aaron really helped us when my moms car battery needed replaced. They didnt have the one she needed in stock so he ordered it to be picked up from another store. Then stayed past his time to leave in order to install it for us and make sure the car would start.

Honored the warranty on a failed Diehard Silver battery with no problems. Got a no-cost replacement and another 16 months of coverage.plus Randy was very helpful installing the new battery.
Fast, courteous, accurate service - what else could you want?

Outstanding customer service provided by Aaron. He quicky and efficiently replaced my mom's car battery and took the time to answer all my questions. This store will be my first choice if we need anything else.
