Just dropped off a few gallons of used motor oil and the guys working (junior & Joey?) there were very helpful.

Ran a check engine diagnostic when I arrived and it turned out to be the gas cap seal was bad. New gas cap $18. True headache saved.

Shocking. Yet another Advanced Auto Parts store that will hire ANYONE with zero knowledge of what they are selling. Went in asking for a battery hydrometer. The guy behind the counter asked me what I was talking about. I said a battery acid tester. He said oh yeah right there on isle 6 right hand side. After looking for a moment he says from the counter it's right there I can see it from here. I told him I don't see it. He came over and handed me a multi meter! Another worthless visit to this chain! Its depressing.

Acknowledged me the second I walked through the door. I needed the assistance of the manager. His name was Michael and he was very helpful and understanding of my situation. Highly recommend this store for your auto needs.

Erick did a very good job giving me recommendations, very knowledgeable about prices, overall, make sure you go to him.

I went in today because my battery was about to die. I had bought my battery from this location a few years ago and when we tried looking up my phone number in the system, there was an error in the system. Michael was helping me throughout the entire time I was there and was able to replace my battery. Talk about great customer service. Very kind and personable employee. I hope you guys give him a raise!

I recently visited the location on 441, off of Southern and the representative named Michael was so extremely knowledgeable, helpful and courteous that I want to let their management team know Michael is a rare GEM. Michael is Genuine, focused on excellence and customer service. Give that young man a promotion or a raise or BOTH.

Ended up coming here at 8: 30 pm and not only purchased my battery but they put it for me even though it was after their normal hours for that sort of thing! Francisco is awesome!

Came in needing a new battery and Francisco was extremely kind and receptive. He helped quickly to check the strength of the current battery, checked me out quickly and then installed my new battery in NO TIME. It’s this kind of service that you wish you got everywhere.

This is my go-to spot for anything I need. They always give me pointers to keep my car in top condition. They give free code readings, and a very pleasant young lady named Cristy even taught me how to change my windshield wipers! I recommend this spot to anyone who needs anything, and they have never let me down!

Got there with tons of stuff that I need. As soon as I told the employee (Mike) he said he’ll look at my car for me. Gave me a quote and did things beyond what I needed. Even referred me to a mechanic. Mike is amazing

I had a slight problem with my car and I went in looking for a part to fix it. Mike asked if I needed any help and offered to check my car out. He looked at it for a couple seconds tightened up a screw and the problem was fixed I didn't have to buy anything. This place is a nice shop its clean and the people working there are very nice and helpful!

Who trains these workers, absolutely no knowledge whatsoever. If your going to work in the automotive industry at least have some basic knowledge around a vehicle and know your parts.

I was very suprised for the service that Michael provide to me yesterday, I went to buy 2 head lights yesterday and I asked him"could you please sir show me how to put it, he said absolutely yes and he told me let's go out to see what I can do for you, I expected that he was gonna show me how to put it but it was different he fixed it completely.
