I ordered online went to pick up the order after 3 hours later after waiting several minutes, missing one item had to come back next day and wait several minutes again.

Please add a self check out I’m tired of going to your stores and waiting in line 30 minutes because the 1 female employee taking 3 years with a costumer

Clerk was extra friendly and helpful she was able to help me find what I need and get me going on my way. Thumbs up.

Didn't take any pictures, stopped to have my windshield wiper blades replaced. Happy with the transaction!

No disrespect to the employees I understand you have a very busy job and is constantly selling parts but keeping stock up and at least on the online site is very important because I wasted my driving time to buy apart which was not there

I go into the store on 103rd, to buy an O2 sensor for my SUV. First off, I see the cashier lady with a customer around the register side. I don't think that is store policy to allow customers to be there, but ok. So as I'm walking to the parts department, I hear the customer thanking the cashier for her assistance (Don't know.don't care). I look all around the parts department and it looks like a ghost town. Not one employee in sight to assist. So I say aloud, "Is anyone working here". No answer. Cashier didn't even bother to check to see if I needed any assistance, since she was too busy on her phone. So I say again "anyone working? ". Nothing. So I decide to walk out the store. Now all of a sudden the cashier pays attention and rushes to the door after I walked out staring at me till i get to my SUV like if I stole something! One, I'm not going to bother with a business who have no type of customer service. Two, she wants to say she was helping a customer to my wife when she asks her "are you finally going to help my husband? ". And to sarcastically tell her no? She needs to be fired. They need to get rid of people who do not reflect a positive image for their business. Last time I go into that advance auto.

Poor customer service. My fiance walked in to buy some parts he needed. Stood there for the longest waiting to be acknowledged at least but instead is walking out upset and then For me to see this older female employee following him to the door. She then opens the door then close it and stand at the door "on her phone, " staring at my fiance like he just stole something. Lol So I told him stay right here in the parking i waited for her to pop her head back out which just took a minute lol, and asked her so are finally going to help him, lol she says no then immediately complaining she was helping a customer, which my fiance already stated the person (customer) there was behind the register (where i don't think a customer should be) and was leaving already when he walked to the parts department.she was on her phone inside anyways too.
Oh how ppl try to defend their poor customer service skills. Lol i said to her in the end well doesn't look like you are helping anyone if your standing at the door playing on phone. Lol i mean the proof is obvious. I should've took a picture lol
And yes we won't be shopping here.
