12Needed a battery for my car fob. The sale men are polite and courtious. Today this gentleman removed the old battery and installed the new. And made sure it worked. Last year my care battery was dying and they installed my new one. Their customer service extents beyond the counter

I went into Advance Auto parts yesterday and was extremely satisfied with the customer service. The sales associate that waited on me was Jesse. He was knowledgeable, patient, attentive and displayed a genuine interest in assisting me with my purchase. The store manager Alpha noticed something wrong with my online purchase and he took the time to explained thoroughly what I needed; the process was quick and efficient. He was very informative, professional and kind he did everything above and beyond for my car he even walk out of the store and examine my vehicle to make certain that I was purchasing the correct item. Again, I was very impressed with Alpha going the extra mile to ensure everything went smoothy.truly appreciate the top notch customer service!
Didn't really get the help I needed. Employees made*jokes about my car. I left more embarrassed than assisted.going to O'Reilly
Horrible service, cashier/customer rep didn't even acknowledge me, left me standing in line. I don't post online but this experience left me no choice the absolute worst

They don’t answer the phone. Service is terrible I’ve been listen to the robot for 10 mins waiting for someone to answer.

I go in to get a refund on my bulb that I had opened and asked if I could get a refund. The guy proceeds to say no which I barely even heard and then just looks at his phone and completely ignores me. At least explain to me and pay attention to your customers.
Once you make a substantial purchase, you are very in the store’s database, that’s cool because receipts can be misplaced come time for a replacement especially for items under warranty

After purchasing at this location multiple times and spending over 100 dollars on multiple occasions I forgot to bring a mask and then I asked if they would have one for customers they said they sell them. Which normally fine but it was 3 dollars even though I intended to restock on all my supplies. A dollar fine but 3 clearly an attempt to profit off a life threatening virus. I'd like to add it wasn't the manager but Keisha I believe her name is.
