Advance Auto Parts, Pompano Beach FL

Never seen an auto parts store with 1 counter person waited 45 for tire plugs. Left without my purchase what horrible service.

I will not shop again at this location. Not for the price of parts but for the customer service. The store manager Grace is so nasty. She is rude and disrespectful to the customers and to the employees. She speaks down to them and she bully them. Going in to shop and hearing her talk that way to her employees is disgusting. I also asked her for some info and she was rude to me as well. Advance needs a new manager or give her some class on speaking. Taking my business else where people are respected.

Seems a bit disorganized. Old spray paint cans on the shelves. Batteries are something to be desired. Staff hides out in the back rather than helping the influx of customers coming in.

Service in this store is terribles employee called Cracie talked to me extremely rude and ask me if I wanted my money back because the order was no here and she never asked me if I wanted to wait for it or come back instead she let me there for more than 30 min. Telling it was on the way I spent all day looking for this part yesterday non of the store around had it

Worst place to go to for auto care. Incompetent employees, rude, ignorant
They should all be fired also the invisible manager. I have never been treated so badly. I went to another one in cooper city had no problem getting battery changed
Zack (asst manager) and Dion treated me professionally. They changed out my battery with no problem. E. Sample Rd store needs to all be fired. Horrible service
Someone from corporate needs to get a hold of me so I can explain this nasty situation. Will never go there again

Usually a hassle when I come in, apparently it's also a problem to be in the store longer than 10 minutes even though the reasoning is they have nothing I need in stock and I'm looking for replacements, didn't even ask the dude to look up from Instagram like how do you even go out of your way to annoy somebody that hasn't even asked you any questions?

Probably one of the best Advance Auto stores I been too! The manager Dacabeon was beyond helpful! He went above and beyond to help guarantee I got what I needed. The staff was also very friendly. Everyone greeted me when I came in. One of the best experiences I’ve had at any store. Definitely will be coming back here if I need assistance again!

If you want to be treated like your an intruder only to be sold the WRONG gasket because the employee wasn’t paying attention in the first place, then this Advanced is for you! This establishment gets business solely based on location!

I called this location yesterday to confirm that they had windshield wipers available at their location & for the price. The man I spoke with on the phone told me that it was $23 per windshield wiper. Once arriving to the location around 9 pm, I was told that those exact windshield wipers that he quoted for me were out of stock. After spending $63 on windshield wipers, the worker was kind enough to install them for me. Not even 24 hours later, while driving in the rain on I-95- in a different state to say the least- my windshield wiper blew off. Not only did this anger me since I just purchased them, but it also turned into a serious danger while driving in the pouring rain. Forcing me to have to pull over and put a pause on my travels.

This is the second time I have gone at 7: 45am and they are not open. Posted hours (7: 30am Mon-Fri) are not correct. Glad I can just order the same things from Amazon

I don't speak English very well and in many places that's a problem. But in this store specifically the attendant, Mr. Michael, was very attentive.

He works with a good will and a smile on his face. I'm doing this review standing in the parking lot.

I've been coming to advanced Auto parts since I was in high school over 10 years ago and I've always had a great experience with the stores down south near me. This however was my worst experience with advance automotive ever and the customer service at this location was very poor. Very dissatisfied

The salesman didn't know what I was asking for. Plus they didn't have what I went there for.

Shout out to the Assistant manager who helped me pick out the right battery for my Lancer and installed it right away.
